Jasmine sighs and follows Helena, re-appearing only several minutes later in the air, casually flying forwards.

Several hours later, the pair finds themselves tired as the sun begins to set, and the forest still isn't even in sight.

"Fuck it", Helena curses before turning around and heading back towards the city, she was going to do it her way and find a gods damned poisoner who had the herb.

Helena and Jasmine haven't been long on their way back to the city when Helena spots a strange form against the starlight, flying high above them.

Helena points it out to Jasmine, but other then readying her bow and knocking an arrow, she ignored it. It wouldn't do to shoot at anything that didn't deserve it, or could swallow them whole.

The figure starts losing altitude suddenly, flying right towards them with high speed just as Helena points it out to Jasmine. *Shit.*

Helena curses and turns in the air, drawing back and releasing the arrow before closing her wings and letting herself fall away from the thing.

Helena's arrow falls short of the creature. Though it's still far, Helena can already make out the shape of the dragon, although a small one. Jasmine releases an arrow as well, missing the dragon as well.

"Great. First annoying berries, and now a fucking dragon." Helena muttered as she drew another arrow and aimed carefully before letting it fly, wondering if arrows could even hurt it.

Helena misses again while Jasmine's arrow hits the dragon, sticking out from its scaly skin as the dragon gets close enough for Helena and Jasmine to see it clearly: It's not much larger than Helena herself, and it's scales glitter in the moonlight. "Hey! Stop that."

Helena is so caught off guard by the voice, that she stops in mid air, snapping her wings out and leveling off. "You know! Most people say HELLO before diving. What did you expect?"

"I expected to get within talking distance before starting to talk!" the dragon says in annoyed tone. The bronze dragon slows down, matching Helena's and Jasmine's speed as it reaches them. It turns it's head to look at them curiously, the arrow apparently forgotten. "You're a strange pair. I've never heard of a half-celestial working with a half-fiend before."

Helena snickered in the air, "Next time move a little slower and you won't spook us! And Celestial what?"

The dragon seems confused about Helena's ignorance. "Celestials are outsiders from the upper planes. Didn't you ever ask about your friend?"

"I don't really talk about it. Mostly we just keep our wings hidden to avoid questions."

"Why would I ask, We've been friends for a long time, that's all that ever mattered to me" Helena says smiling.

"Still, what on earth are you doing flying around at night?"

The dragon drops the subject. "Oh, I thought I'd just come inland for a bit, maybe look around for people willing to talk with me. I decided to fly during nights to avoid attention. What has you two flying out here?"

"Makes sense, We're looking for a special plant called deadly nightshade, but having trouble finding any because it usually only grows deep in the woods. I'm Helena, and this is my sister, Jasmine." Helena said brightly, liking the dragon already, he seemed sweet.

The dragon seems confused. "You were out there looking for poison? And you're... sisters?"

"Naw, Nightshade is used in medicine as well as poison, and ya. Mom got around" Helena said shrugging "Not much we could do about it, we just.... We're family and that's all that matters"

The dragon changes language, but Helena can still understand the words clearly. "Most curious. And you would still not know what a celestial is?" *Don't answer that. Let's not let him know we can understand his language.*

Helena raised her eyebrows and cocked her head to the side a little. "Please use a language I can actually understand, I have no idea what you're saying..." Helena said, pausing afterwards.
