Re: Tentacular Threat on Rise

A1YA
you can have my bow and you can have my hammer.

With her will in bound, Vandi's trusty bow appeared right on her hands. She took the arrows (14 steel arrows get) and kept them firmly next to her bow with her hand as she kept her grip on it.
Not to best way without a quiver but it works

Treza took the hammer and kept herself ready. It was kinda funny how it seemed somehow natural on her posture to hold that thing.

Vandi prepared her bow and fired an arrow right at one of the orbs. The arrow hit the orb and shattered it to pieces.
The tentacle creature was alerted by the sounds and it turned around to see the girls at the other end of the hall.

The two remaining orbs began to wobble and move towards Vandi!

Vandi fired another arrow shattering a second orb without much trouble.

The remaining orb did not have much chances either as Treza ran towards it and smashed the hammer on it's side shattering that one aswell, to pieces.

The eerie glows on the shackles on the prisoners has faded.

The tentacle creature did not seem too delighted by the turn of events here and began to move towards the girls with a rather intimidating way.

It slammed its tentacles towards Vandi trying to smack her down, but Vandi was barely able to move away, almost losing her balance.

"WHOA, this things agressive!"

Treza swung her hammer towards the creature at brute force, but her flail came too short as the creature easily dodged the attack. The force of the swing was pretty heavy on her balance and the creature gave its helping tentacle on the way

The creature took a low sweep on Treza and made her fall on her front to the floor.

She was rather easy picking there. Vandi attempted to fire her bow towards the creature, but it was rather determinate on it's target right now and dodged the arrow.

The creature took Treza on a bond and kept her well entangled as it tried to make a body shield out of her!

"L-let me go."

Treza was wobbling and struggling, giving the creature hard time to position her as it wanted, and Treza managed to release herself!
Treza swiftly kicked the creature to the mid section and took her hammer back.
The kick flinched the creature enough to give her time to take a little distance.

But this creature was clearly not amused by this turn of events.

A) Keep on the assault! Both attack the creature!
B) Have Vandi continue attacking, Treza to try release one of the two prisoners.
C) Have Treza attack, Vandi to try check on Jessica
D) Other?

Vandi has 11 arrows left.

I'm gonna go with B. Treza's hammer should be a good tool for smashing chains, now that they're not magically reinforced or whatever.

Re: Tentacular Threat on Rise

A! no wait B, No wait, A!

Well A it is regardless

This creature sure means business here.
Vandi fire'd yet another arrow at it, but this one just doesnt want to get hit. It dodged it yet again.

Treza got herself a good opening and smashed the hammer on the side of the creature.
the creature seemed to flinch a bit, but it really didn't seem to hurt it so much.

The black creature wiggled its tentacles in the air as it took posture and smashed them in a spread downwards towards both of the girls...!

Horribly missing the girls completely.

"snrk." Vandi seemed to think this thing is completely in competent.

But they were wrong. The tentacles raised from the ground and swiped side ways in a wide vice grip.

Vandi was taken off guard she backed off as she noticed what this thing was doing, but was too late, she was grappled by the tentacles near her from the waist.

Treza had no time to react what so ever she got grappled with no trouble from tentacles side.

The tentacles pummeled Vandi and Treza together face to face, body to body. the impact was bit rough as Vandi and Treza both hit their heads together.

With both girls dizzy from the impact, the tentacles coiled around them bit better and raised up to air and the creature dropped them.

"ooowch.. .huuurghh.." Vandi was extreemly dizzy, her head was spinning and her body hurting everywhere. This thing was not gentle at all with it's moves.

Treza was just outcold. She ain't gona be much help for a while.

"..Crap."

Vandi tried to get up to continue on..! But she wasn't able to stay up. As she got on her feet, she fell on her butt from the dizziness.

The creature started to approach her. Vandi backed down as it tried to slither to her.
It attempted to lunge itself to her and grapple but Vandi rolled sideways, dodging it!

She tried to get herself back up on once again, and managed to get on her feet.
But gosh, her head was still spinning like a top.
