Gave this a try and seems potentially entertaining. Pseudo-FTL porn? Funny.
Anyway, I had two major issues pop up.
First, the save system. If I saved mid-combat and loaded that save, the game would always crash no matter what action I took.
Second, medical officers. I believe it was a level 1 and 2 medical officer I tried using, but in both cases my hp never went back up from 3 after the first few fights. Unless there was a specific option for medical help that I wasn't seeing, the recovery didn't seem to work.

Okay, that saving bug is pretty bad. I'll do some tests and if I can reproduce it I'll get a hotfix out asap.
There's no specific option for medical help, it should just work passively. I'll see if I can reproduce that as well and include it in the hotfix.
