It would be tough to participate if playing virgin route. Mai refuses to take part of it cuz she's "not lewd enough'". Even with lewd lv3.
Seems like increasing lewd stats by losing to "heart" enemy also only works once for the same type. The only alternate if lewd stats is too low is having sex with Takuya after he gives blue doll to Mai. But that also only works once and still not enough to join brothel/strip club/Duke mansiin. Only very few monsters that can rape and I only remember the bald guy and cook guy as their appearances.
