Sometimes, if the author posts an update with the blog post, the image will be related to what the update is. That exact image, however, will not be.

Hm, I should clarify: Latest copy of Version 2.

I do have "REアニスVer2 0415" ... which I do believe is the final release of v2. (It's about 700~mb)

I only have the 334mb version of that, should be an outdated one.

In addition : I've noticed that many gamemaker games use the same 3d characters/models, but I've never made the effort to find out. Is there a tool used to create scenes?

3D Custom Girl. It's what they use for their CGs. Well, those who don't draw their own anyway.

Is v3 even close to actual release yet?

Ugg.. the only problem with this archive is someone did not use proper unicode when archiving it and the graphic file names are messed up. If only had a good copy of the graphics folder.

According to what he wrote in his latest blog, he has lost his motivation. He has done some CG for the Efin game, but no more.

Last update for Re:Anise3 was 3 months ago.

久々にファンタジー（）版のアニスさんをカス子で弄って見る。
ボディや小物を少し変えてみたりしてると結構楽しいです。
最近自分の作ったVer2を遊んで見たりもするんですけど、テンポ悪いのを除けばいいかなぁと反省
う～ん、なかなか取捨ができないのが個人的にダメダメなところですね・・・と
Ver2弄ってみるかなぁ・・・

後○学生のCGはたま～に配布部屋に更新してますので奇特な方どぞ
やりたいことのCGはこれでまかなえてしまうので、これはこれでありかなと

まだまだ製作～な感じに戻ってませんが色々妄想だけはしています。

any ideas?

Sounds like he is saying he is "changing things up a little" by switching back to working on his little side project of a game centered around Anise's little sister that he was working on a while back and....that's all I can understand from it.

trying to redownload the third one to have another go at, but i keep getting

I don't think Version 2 can be shared here due to one of the two main characters is underage. (Pris)

Reposting this from the Anise thread at Hongfire:

New post on momota's blog. He plans on uploading something at (or around?) Christmas.

If I'm decoding Google Translate right, Version 2 will be the base, and it will have elements from the Elfin game and his simple games (which I assume is Version 3 and that one loli idol game). The story will also be basic.
