I swear I had Ryona activated, it let me watch the dog Ryona scene. I will have to double check my options then.

Wasn't there 2 scene of mad dog?
First is normal , second is Ryona. Which it is activated by 3 time being rape by mad dog~

For any that's curious you can just set the difficulty to super easy and then beat only last level without continues, with the option that enables all variations of a CG you will unlock everything.

To beat the last level without continue, you can literally run through everything, and hit the boss 8 times with your z, and you'll win. You'll kill the boss before he even does anything.

I still don't get how I am supposed to watch the 'dead' animation in cg mode, anyone figured that out yet?

(The bottom option on the options seems to be unreachable).

From what I recall, triggering that requires you to get yourself killed and then have an enemy keep hitting your limp body and over

Easiest way is to get killed by the hopping bugs in Stage 1, and let them keep hopping onto your body for about 10+ times.

Another update. The creator has posted a christmas gift: a "minigame" called Iris Santa. It's just dialogue with 3cgs (1 animated). The password for the download is "iris".

Pick the last option for seeing one cg or the second option a few times, until the face of the guy turns red, and then the last option for seeing the other 2 cgs. It may have more, but those are the ones that I have discovered >_<'

EDIT: found 3 more: 1 static and 2 animated, I think that you have to pick the first option, then the second until his face turns red and then the last one.

For me, it's like it never gets past 16 KB. >_>
Once it reaches 16 KB, the download hangs, and eventually aborts.

Nevermind, finally downloaded it from the salmon server (the previous servers that failed were octopus, squid, and mackerel. Yeah, no idea about the names either.)

Anyways, tried the game a bit.
It's a 5-turn game, where a choice is 1 turn.
First option is to wait for her to dress up.
Second option is to drink some sake.
Third option is to rush into the dressing room.

Choosing the third option automatically ends with one still CG.
Combination of 1st, then 2nd, then 3rd leads to different levels of undress and sex.

This omake takes place six months after the events of Iris Action. Iris has been asked by the village chief to deliver presents to the children, in a Santa costume of course.

Walkthrough:

1. Panties-only still CG - Go straight to her room (Option 3)
2. No shirt, no panties still CG - Wait OR drink booze AND THEN go to her room (1-3 OR 2-3)
3. Shirt, skirt, panties animated CG - Wait twice, drink booze twice, go to her room (1-1-2-2-3)
4. Shirt-only animated CG - Drink booze twice before going to her room (2-2-3)
5. Shirt and panties animated CG - Drink booze twice, wait at least one turn without drinking before going to her room (1-2-2-3)
6. Shirt and panties masturbation CG - Drink booze at least three times before going to her room. (2-2-2-3)
7. Shirt, skirt and panties masturbation CG - Wait once, drink booze at least three times before going to her room. (1-2-2-2-3)

What ultimately matters is how much booze you drink before going to her room.

Just to make sure no one is confused, the config.dat file for Iris Santa doesn't contain save data. It's there for volume control. The caveat is that you'll have to copy over your config.dat from Iris Action to actually change the volume.

How are we getting the mimic scene for this new version?
All the living crates have been replaced by normal crates.
I didn't encounter any mimic.
