I got her in special. As far as I know you can get her in any level that she appears at the start of. Still had a 25% capture rate too.

If you don't see her at start she wont appear, if you see her she has the chance to show up, same as any other area's legendary.

Far as I can tell, bananas are completely useless.

I've been farming for Hanakage forever and she's yet to show up.

That's prob because you are using fake imitation bananas and not "I can't believe this is a banana" bananas or the pure Colombian cocaine bananas.

Well if it's any consolation, I wont be spending on future events.
So one less competitor in that regard.
Given my time schedule I can't do the events until most people have had hours head start over me.

Nah, it's okay.

It's not about the competition that sadden me a bit.

But then again it's life.

I can only curse that I live in such a poor country and because of my upbrining, I'm too late to get out. Ah well. What's done is done.

So yeah, it's okay to spend. More money for Nutaku, hopefully means that Nutaku will provide better service for this game and other games too (ESPECIALLY MWA).

Also, methinks that screenshot would be lots more informative with the stats tab open instead of the....graph....whatsitcalled...tab.
