i did one lot of 3 got a SSR.

did 10 and got 3 SSR.

i think the more the better

all 3 SL i got were from solo tickets, so it depends on person i think.

I think it depends entirely on luck and nothing else. I did 1 and had 2 SL's in my group and a SSR, I missed the 2 SL's and got the SSR.

I did 10 and only got 1 SL, 1 SR and the rest normal. I think doing 10 just increases your odds of seeing more rare girls in the group but that still doesn't mean you're going to catch her, don't you usually miss 3-5 girls in the 10 group? While in the 1 group you'll miss 4-6 but if you have 3 shinies in it, your odds are pretty good to get a rare.

So why exactly is it advised to do 401/20/20/20 alchemy? Isn't it better to do 500/20/20/20 and have guaranteed 70 gems than to get only 30 every other time? Or am I missing something here?

I'm actually seeing a discrepancy.
I'm only getting 23% when I should be getting 30%.
Not sure exactly how it's being calculated though, so might be on an "on kill" basis.

My bonus is 80%.

Base EP = 2626-1167 = 1459

EP Bonus % = 2626/1459 = 1.799 or ~180%

500/20 isn't guaranteed. The other way is guaranteed but you could get 30 instead of 70.

On 500 if you have pretty shitty luck you could get small gem x5.

It's Mamoru again. Only with a ridiculous AoE nuke that she occasionally uses (Pretty rarely).

Edit: Also, what team are you using? 'Cuz if you have any greens on it, don't bother with them XD.

Well not guaranteed but it's like 98% or so, would still be a better option even if it was 75% tho. You can gamble once or twice if u're feeling lucky, but in the long run u're much better off going for 500/20/20/20.

Isn't it the same for 401 though? From what I see, there isn't enough data on the list to determine it's any different since you're comparing 8000+ attempts to around 150.

Based on your screen shot, there's less than a .5% chance of getting gem(s), whereas the 401 lists don't even have enough data to compare.

For some weird reason, now that I EFFIN FINALLY caught Mamoru and hit 70k points (which nets Natsumi), catching Arieru 3 times in a row (yes, she spawned 3 times in a row) demotivates me. Never expected to obtain a Legendary, so I guess I'm subconsciously telling myself I'm done with the event until Phase 2. Bananas or not, not a single Legendary spawn T_T

And, before NaoSoul shows up, - (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ because Natsumi is yet another Topaz.

nightshad, if you do try the Special - battle 5 is Arieru (the mermaid) + Ibuki on each side (the ones that take forever to charge, but hit hard). And Mamoru there.....well - she can nuke next to anything not on full HP aside from the resistant element.

Maybe, but it's 100% until proven otherwise. As for me I use the 500/20 on *1 and 401 on *2 since I like to save 99 as they're harder to get. My tests so far solely from my *2 results are usually 70% 70 *3 gems and 30% 30 ones.

Do you have Seria and Izanai? Spamming those abilities and high speed are what is doing it for me. Also, do you know you can select your target? There are some enemies that do very little damage, so you can pick off the threats, raise shields and heal up at certain times.
