How does the daily draw work for new employees? Is that under the 'Hire Employee' tab?

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

Just spent 11k food on 3-4 and still no iron helm.
RNG is not on my side today.

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

So, I had to layoff my first girls today... THEY CRY! This is horrible... :(

But they give shards...

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

They are pretty good, the bread cost might be a little high considering...But yeah.

Was about to say it. Not sure if begginers one is worth it considering bread cost. I believe you could get much more exp (and money) doing 2-6 for same amount of bread. But i'm to lazy to do actuall research:p

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

..so while I've been passively waiting to collect enough class stones to get a 4-star team together, I've pretty much been trying to clear out the side-stories (at least the 1 and 2 star ones).

..while I've been leveling those characters a thought dawned on me. I've been completely ignoring the ones that don't have side-stories. It's like I'm saying "You're not important. Go sit in the corner.", and I feel bad, lol.

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

I lucked out....
got myself 1 of labyrinth weapon recipe for mace...

So i try compare the weapon with my 1 star girl
Claire weap: 60matk / 25p.def / 25m.def
lab weap: 72matk / 28p.def / 28.m.def / 37hit / 10crit (i check in jp wiki if +3 the heal become AoE 2x2 area, but no luck on this -.-)

I guess its time for me labyrinth farming ($_$)
hopefuly i can get myself more recipe... its totaly pain to drop and even gold chest drop got 5 shard instead

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

So I really like this game in terms of gameplay and progression, it's probably my second favorite next to aegis so far...

My only concern is about timing.

I don't like babysitting games. I really like Aegis partially because, at my level, I only need to play once every 16 hours. That makes it really easy to play a map or two before work, then finish up when I get home.

My two questions about this game:
1. For this game, Does the stamina cap ever get high enough that I don't need to hop in every 3-4 hours?
2. That daily event... Why does it have to be random? It always seems to trigger while I'm at work.

So, short version. At higher levels will I ever get to the point where I don't need to babysit the game or will it always require more regular check-ins?

Even later on you will still be hurting for bread, I kinda wish it was more like Kantai Collection where you could stockpile resources and the cap given by the warehouse building was just your regeneration cap.

You can make the regen better later on by filling your warehouse with like 6 star mages wearing aprons but we are a very long ways out of that being a thing.

Regen "rate" doesn't bother me. What I'm concerned about is "frequency of play".

Right now it takes about 5 hours for my bread to cap out at 4000 bread. Is that normal? Will it always take so little time? Or will I ever be able to let it sit for 10-12 hours without feeling like im missing out on valuable bread-time.

5~ hours sounds about right, you can probably get the time it takes to cap down to 3 1/2 maybe 4 with better staff in the building. So yes you will have to check back every few hours to not "waste" time.

Considering Kanpani is single player you are not really missing a ton by letting your bread be capped for a while, just play it at your leisure.

Re: (Nutaku) Kanpani Girls

what's the best way to make gold? i want to class up some 3* but i dont have enough gold after classing up 2.

Just did Claire's story quest. Wow, that girl has been fucked up by life. I need to go watch kitten videos on YouTube now.

This game is extremely casual, tho. You can easily waste "stamina" or miss events and just play at your own pace without missing out on anything.
