I'm only rank 58 and I've won 25 games and 3 losses.

Anywhere around rank 70-80 are the people who are somewhat active, especially the top 5, they play a ton to have ranks that high. I can usually find a match 24/7 anytime I try, it hasn't been dead for me yet.

I would say the most active is the first day of a new ranking period starting, I got 20 matches in that day and the list was completely full all day every time I checked.

Edit: And this change seems amazing. The new gacha only has 6 pages and it has shackles AND wasted effort? That is pretty nice of them, wish shalif was there too.

Definitely a card I wanted. If I look at the odds of getting a card I want, 6 out of 24 with 7 pulls instead of 10. 1 in 4 chance isn't terrible.

Double edit: and either that insignia alchemy thing is bugged as hell or I literally just got 8 energy drinks for 1$ (70 alchemy points on my 1$ spin)

Apparently the insignias use the listed value, not how much you paid. That plus rewarding double medals appears to be the devs' generosity for 1m users. I'll take it.

I believe elemental gacha changes daily, like the limited dungeons. We have fire first even though it's water today though.

Anyway, for my fire rolls, $1 gave me my third Millenarian. $10 gave me my third Miyabi, my second Mind the Gap and Cost Shackles, and my first Trap-Springing Arrow. Pretty good.

Edit: Water $1 roll is Mind the Gap. $10 roll... Not bad at all, though a fourth Mind the Gap is annoying.

Elemental gacha changes in an hour.

Current premium gacha is still here for another week or so.

Bleh, I tried to be smart, but Nutaku was smarter. The boost expires on gatcha reset. So no way of smart investing.

Just found out gacha tickets don't work on the elemental gacha either. Shame, guess I'll hoard mine for the next rotation.

$1 pull was Trap-Springing Arrow.

$10 pull gave me another Muto (yay!) and...

Just found out gacha tickets don't work on the elemental gacha either.

Man, I am not the least bit happy about this change. Access to past gachas was a huge feature for me. And now we can't even use tickets on the elemental gachas? Awful.

Wonder if many people still play, the tornament area seems quiet a lot of times.

I played a few tournament last week or so, before permanently dropping the game. About half a dozen matches and my leftover RP bought me into the top 200 or so. so yeah, pretty barren. And I don't expect it to get better, since any potential new player trying their luck will probably immediately face a highly leveled deck even on his very first match. The prospect of months of grinding (or lots of spending) to have AY chance at PVP is not all that inviting.

Well, like I mentioned earlier, past gacha has reduced rates, or rather, removed cards from its initial pool, resulting in crappier rates. This new system has smaller pools, which can be a boon in itself. And they did say that they'll be reviving older gachas now and then.

The current rotation is pretty meh though, so yeah.

I don't think the game itself is the problem though, or even the playerbase. It's the way tourneys are structured. It's far too grindy for how much time and effort you need to put in to get the best rewards. Most of us already have our hands full with the recent surge of Aigis events, Osawari delivering new content every other week, Kanpani being completely new, etc. that there's simply no time to dedicate for it.

I myself, as much as I enjoy a match that isn't completely one-sided, have a hard time finding the time and/or motivation to play at least one match a week just to get into the rankings for medal prizes. The competition point system needs tweaking, really. Maybe make it a cumulative thing or something. The constant one-week tourneys burned out even the top-ranking players, so that should be saying something.

I think worst is top players, top players have time, have strong decks and allways are playing, when you are playing casual and figth vs top is terrible, then each time is few people playing tourneys and allways find same people,
I have 1450 RP, usually play saturday by 3 or 4 victorys and stop my participation with this I can be top 300

Pulled a 2nd wasted effort + shackles and lamia but would have much rather got rosemary/nora/krista.. oh well can't complain about that spin.
