Honestly it's not all that worth it.
I know I know I complain a lot, but there's a bunch of problems with this game that pretty much turned me off to it. Though it's mostly the art style that I have a problem with, what with the blurry tentacles, the censored pussy, the foam cum, the random ass floating head for licking, and the constant quick motions that could give someone a seizure, but the overall concept isn't really a "game". You don't even have to fight her, there's a short cut button, so it's mostly just animated CG with a few variations here and there. I feel like I'm only here for the CG, which, as I've noted, I don't particularly enjoy.
And though I pretty much avoided all the gore and burning and stuff, honestly the art style just...well made it less scary. The lightning was probably the most boring of 'em all. Oh hey, hold this button and she inverts. Oh and there's some lightning effects. =/ The needle scene made me cringe but very slightly, after the first shot I got used to it pretty quickly. Same for the burning scene, though the part where she dips her in lava and somehow gets used to it (I'm guessing she fainted) was interesting. Seriously how does she not...die from that. Her head was dipped in lava. If her face was not burned to a crisp, she should have at least drowned for pete sake. I mean I know it's hentai and doesn't follow any laws of physics but COME ON.
This game attempted to be frightening but fell flat. The sex scenes are pretty dull and once you've seen one, you've seen 'em all. The torture scenes weren't the worst I've seen, but far from the best (by best, I mean genuinely frightening). Oh, and that triple penetration at the end was one of the worst I've ever seen. I don't mean to be rude, but...wow. It's not even in there...just...stop.
I did not reach the dismemberment. I'm guessing that was an ending I'm far too lazy to go get.
