Finding that big of a team, designer, musician, etc. etc. yeah.... Good luck with that.
I'm in a solo project, ok I've been in it for 4 months and no releases yet, but I got three hours of gameplay and I'm damn happy with what I got.
Want something done right? Do it yourself.

Game will include some hand drawn hentai art, and I suck at drawing so I wanted some Jpeg's from them. Same with the music =) .
So my project is a solo one too, and good luck with your own project.

Hi guys,
It has been some time since I wrote anything to here so here is an update;
-Game-play time almost reached to three hours,
-Anatolian city Ephesus' maps are completed,
-Four side missions and 3 main missions are written but not coded yet,
-A detailed background storytelling event for Farah is also almost written, but not coded yet,
-I decided not to include a "quest log". Its very easy to implement, but I like to play games with a lot of tinkering and effort and this will be a game that needs lots of effort to finish. (I learned how to write and speak English from games by the way.)
-An additional Class, Grappler coded.
-Special weapons and armor for Grappler class coded.
-Also I'm trying to implement a class changing system. So a knight can become a barbarian if the player wish to do so.
-Lastly, horse riding system is coded! HELL YEAH!
Horse riding system will be like Skyrim's. There will be different types of horses with different speed limits. You cannot gallop with them though (Or if you do, you cannot trot, so yeah I choose trotting over galloping.) =/ .
On the side notes;
There have only been two feedback from the beta testers which is demoralizing. I need more feedback from the testers to make a proper game. I started to think about eliminating the beta process totally and releasing possibly a buggy or testing the game myself which will probably cause some huge delays on the development process.
For the beta testers who actually sent some feedback; thank you very much! This game will come to life thanks to your efforts.

Thanks man, well, I have everything but the CG artist... Still deciding what I'm gonna do about it, because if I don't like what I get I'll probably just release it as non-hentai.

Well its actually a problem (and a very big one) for me too. I've 2 CG artists working for me in their free time, but they are only making hand drawn and that shit takes more time compared to digital drawing.
And a H-RPG needs at least 100 images for a little depth,so you either need to find only one artist and cut a deal with him for this incredible amount of images, or find multiple free artists.
