I'll be honest, I don't follow that many Patreons, usually someone brings a game to my attention and tells me the game is good and I check the game out and what not and, well, honestly right now I only follow 5 or 6 Patreons, so I'm pretty sure there's a huge list of scumbags out there, but sometimes people DO have problems, and creating games is not the same as serving burguers at McDonalds, sometimes you might not feel inclined to write porn or story or hentai scenes or whatever it is, and it sounds better saying "I'm sick" other than "I'm demotivated". I dunno, I just like to believe people are good after they put out a passionate project, but some games, oh boy... All you need is to play the first version to understand it's a cash cow.
