EDIT: It actually even looks like the version that thecrispydud has is another version of the Ki game that I don't have among the two versions in my link. So that's three versions now.
EDIT 2: I've beaten the version thecrispydud uploaded, though I didn't get past the Queen. It looks to be a newer version, despite having the same version number (1.02). It has more animations and is less fiendishly difficult. The version I uploaded is the one discussed in the previous thread about it - this one that thecrispydud uploaded is much better.

For those who want 99 lives, just use cheat engine.
1. Run the game.
2. Select the process for Legend of Kai.
3. Type 3 in the value. Change Value Type to Float. Then click First Scan.
4. You will see many values on the right side. Then, try to die on an enemy. When the value 3 changes to 2, then it's the address for the lives. Add it to the address list. If many address appeared to have the value 2, then change the value in the box to 2 then click Next Scan. Then, suicide again until there's one address left.
5. Just tick the box for active, then change the value to 99.
You now have 99 lives. Now try to beat it.

Playing thecrispydud's linked version... Floor 3 seems to be impossible. A tiny hole that the black slime can fit through, no way for me to jump up or crawl through. Only met a green slime, large green slime, black slime and blue... slime so far. Interesting, but hard.
Reading through the thread, there is some mention of a tutorial... different game?

honestly i had a miserable amount of luck squeezing through the whole myself but i eventually made it but i will profess i really don't know how i just sorta kept leaping at it... may want to ask hamger seems he beat it

Don't know if you've figured it out or care right now, but to get through that small gap you actually have to get yourself hurt by the black slime and then go through, that's at least how I did it.
I managed to finish the game using the cheat engine for infinite lives, probably could do it without but I don't have the patience.

I just did what Dry-Drop, said back on page 4.
But I also did that and found the address for the levels, by scanning for the value 1, as float and then watch it change to 2 for the second level.
Only problem is the cheat engine values I saved do not work again once I close the game.
I can confirm that the addresses will always end in:
4064 for lives
4068 for level
and the first 4 characters for the address change.

So I found Dragon UnPACKer and grabbed all the sprite sheets. Tried to make a GIF, but got frustrated trying to line stuff up. Giving up for now. Anyone want the PNGs? Maybe someone else will have better luck.
