I'm way too smoothbrained to figure that one out so I'd appreciate the answer if anyones figured it out

I recently got to this game. I really want to enjoy it more but it seems like all link was not alive.
 
This is one of those games that just ended up getting lost in time more than once. I'm not having any luck searching online either due to just how old this is.

I mean, I have a copy of it. Not sure which version it is though.

I'll edit in a link later once it finishes uploading to PD. I also had a more comprehensive zip of multiple versions on MEGA, but they're being a baby and not letting me download it from my account since it "goes against ToS".

This game has one of the best pixal arts imo.
I tried to search for "dru" but I can't find any details about him now.
Guess I need to learn more japanese then.
Does anybody know the reason, why he quit?

And to my knowledge, there are two versions atm.
And I think one version had the black and pink slime death animation.

I completely agree about this game sprite animation. It is so good although the game is quite glitchy.
I have tried to searh for the author "Dru" both in Japanese and English but find no information and the version this gentlement upload might be the first version with the name translated to English from Japanese as "Area 1".
