You can change shapes but you are looking at hundreds of changes. It's not just "replace the hair and it will be replaced everywhere". You have to change the apropiate shape (in this case, the hair) in each scene. Some shapes are also different from scene to scene, so you also need to have the shape you want to put there for the required position. Otherwise, It will look weird to have the same hair with different perspectives. most of the shapes that you must put in the game also have to be vectorial images (.svg's).

The Xeloh Software webserver either suffered a hard drive crash, or someone hacked into it and deleted the entire filesystem, a few days ago(1). Given that Xeloh is a one-man show done part-time with virtually no revenue stream, it may be a while before the website is up again.
Until then, here's the special version of Flashbulb:
(1) Kind of impressive it hasn't happened until now, considering the site has been running on a very obsolete laptop, that couldn't install security patches because it was too old, for 3.5 years now. Not for a lack of trying from China.

I'm getting the same error as some of the others in relation to the downloads not having the updated files.
mega stalls on me at the 100% mark and wont download the data files numbered 12a to 22b, and Google drive is missing the updated files altogether only showing 001 to 15b. the game still works fine, but its like its just V2.01 or so, again.
Can you check or re-upload?
Is there anything i could check on my end to make things easier for you?

God I love this artist, Personally i liked Shinobi Girl's body more, but the way he's improved the gameplay in each new release is so good!. I really hope this artist keeps improving and making new games, Witch girl is so good what could possibly be next?!?!

So, I tried that Flashbulb out now and was only halfway succesful ... the shapes changed for the "Start-Game"-Screen before you click on "Start" and launch the first stage but the Shapes while playing the game itself or while in the gallery stayed the same.
Btw, it's funny that there aren't any feet-fetish-animations. Her feet are quite pretty.

That's because you only changed the main WitchGirl.swf. You have to also edit the .swf's in the data folder.

That's because you only changed the main WitchGirl.swf. You have to also edit the .swf's in the data folder.

I changed the Hex-Colors with Flashbulb. Furthermore, I just applied the likes/preferences statistics from "dubious" websites of the tanned-/dark_skin-tags. So, to be blunt, I just copied some pictures or cosplayed Ms. Little Witch Girl. The skin is done as you can see but if I have to share this, I still have to think about her apparel (which colors to choose etc.).
EDIT1: First of all, thanks to Mundane Girl's post (ulmf.org/bbs/showpost.php?p=693482&postcount=894). It helped me a lot and made much things easier with coloring the Hex'.
So, well, after coloring Ms. Little Witch Girl, I found out about many things and above all one thing which is mentioned in the following spoiler.
It's the .txt-File that Mundane Girl provided with the Flashbulb software. And as you can see, I've marked three colors in there.

While I was working on my Ms. Little Chocolate I noticed that her armpits where not colored, thus I searched for the color, have fun with it! That applies of course on the inner skirt as well. It had a distracting color which didn't match my pattern. In the attachment file you can see on which shapes those three colors are be seen.
What is more, while coloring Ms. Little Chocolate's skirt, her underwear suddenly changed as well. While doing animations (e. g. masturbation) her skirt turns red (although I didn't change that color yet) and it seems that it has the same color as the skirthem OR hatband. But when Ms. Little Chocolate is standing, her panties are clean-white (like default). It doesn't bother me that much but it will probably bother those people who wants a clean mod.
Additionally, I couldn't figure out for what the color "FFE5C9" is for, maybe Mundane Girl just added an unessential color?
Well, so far, so good, I'll probably share my Ms. Little Chocolate still today.
EDIT2: While doing a quality check I've found few more colors that are worth to mention. Although they're not "directly" visible they're quite distracting when you use a hard color-contrast like black and white. Furthermore they've a slight different color-hex than the main-colors (e. g. skin and apparel) so be careful and watch thoroughly!

Forgot to mention: the hex-color "993333 (irisgradient bright)" has the same hex-number as the eye bandage of the true-endboss. Thus, pay attention when you change that color globally.

Seems the panties in your Ms. Little Chocolate mod are a bit inconsistant (white during idle, red during rape).
I'll chalk it up to them magically changing color when she's sexually assaulted/aroused.
