@Jack, as this is a browser game, the only thing you should need is an internet connection and an account, so it shouldn't matter if your PC is in for repair, as long as you manage to register for Kancolle on your DMM account.

well doesnt seem like theres lottery today(theres no limited spot said),i just got in easily on first try,now i just hope i dont screw anything up in the beginning

well the tutorial told me to build a ship and so i did with default given resources,do i really have to wait an hour for that before i can advance -_-

As in how many fleets you can have? There are certain quests which will give you more fleets. Check the wiki man. It has all of this.

Well sometimes the flagship protect the other when they got attacked but i don't really know how exactly it works:)
And the success of the expedition depend on the flagship level too(and the composition of the fleet)
By the way, what is the white hammer thing in the equipment list?

Emergency repair. You can put it on a ship you think may get sunk in an upcoming sortie.

no, you are wrong, if your ship get sunk, they will revive you ship with a bit hp
