This may be off topic, but this game reminds me, from what i've seen, of the manga Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio. I found it today and thought anyone who likes this kinda stuff would wanna read it.

Nope. It had either a 3 or 4 hour build time, if I recall. Lemme go check. I'll post the image of the girl it made in a few.

I've done up to 1-3, have some destroyers, light cruisers, heavy cruisers, and a seaplane carrier. So far i've just been kind of randomizing who is in my fleet, but is there an efficient, or preferable setup? (ie: how many destroyers, how many cruisers, how many carriers, etc)

guys, I was able to enter a server now o-o but all I can see is a floating ship... is this downloading? so I can refresh it now? since I got my slot?

The game is loading. It takes a bit cause you're running through a Japanese server as opposed to your own.

The most common fleet formations I see are 3 BB, 3CV or 4BB, 2CV. At much higher levels, I find there are more CLs and DDs in fleets, who have high pre-emptive burst and high evasion, respectively.

Almost no one uses CAs apart from the beginning of the game.

CL - Light Cruiser
CA - Heavy Cruiser
DD - Destroyer
BB - Battleship
CV - Aircraft Carrier

You should be loaded in within 1 minute AT MOST. If not, try clearing your cache, and trying again/

During the lottery period, traffic will be heavier than normal, so it's normal for the load to take longer than usual. It took me well over twenty minutes to load the game after it came off of maintenance a few days ago, since hundreds of thousands of people were trying to log in at the same time.

Then they hate you. I've never had to wait more then a minute to get in, even after maintenance .

lol XD btw guys did anyone tried running this game in adobe flash player 11? and yea because of this you dun need any vpn..(well actually you can use the browser :v)

Nope. I run Chrome, so it uses whatever Flash player it has.

I always get a cat pic after the loading screen why? maintenance?
