Hi everyone I have a problem I usually use chiitrans to play h-games but now I stumbled onto a game by dieselmine Bokunou Monogatari, or 牧農物語～クロレ・アルカのHな奮闘記～ in moonspeak, unfortunately nor chiitrans nor vnr didn't help if someone know what i can use, or if used one of those and found it working can he/she explain what i do wrong?

Not to long ago I saw this game on steam greenlight and if everthyng goes right then it will be translated, so case closed

Read the part below of the guide on the 1st post:
A extra tip. If you notice that TA keeps repeating same word alot in english , you can sorta remove it by using a trick.

I tried, did not work
ITH displays the text, but TA doesn't see it or doesn't want to translate.
With translation into other languages as well did not work.
I dont know why, but ITH + TA translate only jap games.
Can someone try to translate english game into any other language?

i come after the war... XD... but i encountered the same problem... so here the answer without reinstalling ^^

some version of TA have by default a option checked that make them ignore any text that dont contain a japenesse caractere... (like the r183 modified)

so to be able to use TA on other language, you need to go uncheck that option

tools/Manage Attached Contexts

in the process context list, select the clipboard

Uncheck in the context setting the option "Translate on japanese only" and validate

With that TA will not limit himself as grabing just jap text from the clipboard that ITH send =)

Thanks for the advice, Yugifan, Libellule!

Be that as it may, though, if the text is infinitely looping (and very quickly) in the thread in your ITH/ITHVNR, you will not be getting anything in TA, sadly.
Best you can do is make the game window inactive -then the looping of the text in the thread stops hopefully-, and select the text from ITH/ITHVNR and copy it. Then TA will have a translation for you with regards to that text.
Obviously, this is not optimal, and not a way to use machine TL. But, short of a h-code, you most probably won't get too much more out of that game...

found out today when i tried to use TA that honyaku has been permanently shut down. for some reason that always translated more coherently than ATLAS + custom dictionary for me (i always end up with a lot of bracketed romaji and "..." parts). can't believe it's gone.

LEC should give similar results I believe.

It is also possible that excite has bought them.
