Highly doubt you're going to find a similar game like Demonophobia, because its one-of-a-kind. try google some guro games, but most of the guro games I found have at least an underage character.

No, none of those: there was a topic about it here before, and it was widely discussed, had links to the creator's website, he was working on it, had a few sprites done, etc.

I don't know how else I can describe it beyond what I have: literally think demonophobia but without lolis. Game design, game mechanics, plot, etc. are basically the same, it's a tribute of sorts.

The game itself isn't playable yet, it's just graphics, but he is working on it.

English-speaking author, so I don't think they're Japanese.

To be honest those animations are the only one I seen so far from him. All the other works of the guy made are either cg or doujinshi. Do you still want em?

You can find some information about AGTH (text extraction tool for games translation) in this

. If you don't speak japanese and the game doesn't have a translation with this tool you can extract the japanese text from AVGs and put it into a web translator.
