That clip, IIRC, is from Urotsukidoji New Saga. It's a moderately recent revamp of the original Urotsukidoji, being about seven years old, while the original's from up to two decades ago.

I believe you can find all four chapters on g.e-hentai.org.

That was a direct quote. Upon further research, I found the title of the doujin is called Kotori. There are four in all. G.e-henta doesn't actually have all four, only the first three, and only one in english. It seems to be the correct author, but the doujins don't appear to have it. Of course it could very easily be on the fourth one, but I can't find a site that has it yet.
