I think this sounds more like "Victory Rape" than "Game Over Rape".
The first give away is that the game doesn't transition to a rape-scene when a termination condition (i.e. game over) is triggered. The termination condition in this case is when the girl loses trust in you, realizes you are a traitor and probably cancels her contract in protecting you by burying her sword in your chest. In contrast, the goal of the game is to make the girl fail. You're not technically "hurting" her like a traditional "Victory Rape" game, but are instead buffing and helping AI driven NPCs to defeat the girl. In a way, you're trying to solve a procedurally generated puzzle with the resources you have to reach a desired outcome, which is *successfully* getting the girl *raped*.
Definition aside, interesting gameplay... But not so appealing porn. This might be a fun mechanic if you were playing as a "traitor" for an enemy force and are trying to get a squad of enemies that are your "allies" defeated. Such as in "Shadow of Morder" you are playing as a charmed orc that is trying to sabotage your boss or companions while the main character of the game is controlled by the computer. But this doesn't do anything to tickle any of my sexual fetishes.
Nice idea for core mechanics; but doesn't sound fun for a porn game.
