Is it possible to get the holy sword in the mausoleum if you have low nasty/high faith, or is it just impossible to get period?
I think besides low nasty/high faith you should have 0 points of "sins" (third category after nasty and faith).
If you are going for final battle in the mountains after bridge you cannot go back (bridge destroyed after your crossing it).
Once you are teleported to CG area there are winged fairies, each near every room. She asks whether you'd like to be a virgin or not before H-scene. Then you view scenes respectively with virgin or non-virgin mode.

After winning the orc boss ("ogre" by zephyrlol is less correct definition for the monster; I verified it by various automatic translation programs) if you kill him you increase your "sins". After you join the Muslims (assassins) you enhance your "sins" with every assassination of Roman catholic party. But you will win the game.
On the other hand, if you reject Muslim offer you will be killed by Muslims in the final battle.
Here is some contradiction in the game conception (with an inclination towards the Muslim party). I think it is modern Japanese temporizing attitude since only God knows who, Muslims or Westerners, will win victory on the global scale in the future.

In general, game despite of some H-scenes (accomplished and drawed with rare taste and elegance; heroine's portrait is very vivid and attractive, both pictorial [esp. her upper forms] and moral) is very serious. Its ideas are very deep and potentially great. Therefore the game is one of the best RPG games. It remains to wish the creator called "enuemu" new successful projects because this one is his debut.
