If you don't think the fairycrushers are canine, I see why you would disagree. They are very doglike to me however. I think a horseman would have been very appropriate at this stage of game development.

The fairycrushers seem more ape-like based on how they move. The heads look nothing like a canine IMO.

Around the time the FCs were being made, there was a comment on the blogpost containing a youtube video centered around the movement of an ape/chimp.
No idea what any of the comments meant, since Google Translate is rather unreliable, but I do believe it does have at least some relevance.

Interesting, nobody else sees the FC's as even remotely doglike? Bright pink penis sprouting out of them, long snout, tongue-happy, shaggy exterior. They've been anthro'd, sure, but...

I wanted to post an image of the FC's and in my google search I found another thread related to Fairy Fighting, from back when the FC's first came out. I wasn't looking for this per se, but they were/are considered pretty doglike on the other forum.

Well, the game is free, so I can't complain. Just surprised now that nobody else feels there's an overabundance of canine creatures in a game that has so much variety otherwise.
