I downloaded the beta that got released on the 4th and checked out Fuar, but it looks like the walkpaths could really use some work. I kept running into inexplicable barriers and passing through/over solid objects.
When I used the inn, I got trapped in my bed and couldn't walk out. Funny, but probably ought to be fixed. By the way, it's probably been said before, but this game would be substantially funner with a run button. There's lots of times I really wish the main character could move faster.
Weather effects look neat, if kind of abrupt when they toggle. That pink slime boss in the forest was a pretty big surprise, it two-shotted the character I brought in from a reasonably advanced old save. Nice to have something I can gear up to challenge later.
In advance, sorry about the bugs. The game is using a new tileset, and it is probably not entirely perfect yet. Will be corrected, I hope
All bugs will hopefully be fixed by the time the finished questline is released.
About the run button. I've thought about it, and still am. Problem would be that when people start running, that will be too slow too as they get used to the new speed, so I need to find some way of countering that. Will probably a stamina thing.

Also, there are 3 - 4 (can't remember which xD) of the slimes, and they can all be caught! BADAAA!
Very rare encounter, and even more rare (like 10 times more rare) to capture.
