Infectious Mansion
(Kansenyashiki)

Escape the horrific gore mutants of an infested estate.
Side scrolling hentai action

Press keyboard keys LEFT/RIGHT to move, UP to jump, Z to attack

Enemies damage the player by contact, taking away her clothes and her strength.
When she's vulnerable enough, a hentai scene will commence.

Each scene is available from the main screen as a bonus feature.

STORY
Something is teeming in the estate of a polluted town.
The girl who came to learn more has abandoned her investigation.
All she wants is to escape.

The tags seem pretty meaningless for this one, using machine translator.

I haven't seen anything that I would call "guro" so far, and their last game didn't have any either.

She has a gun, so I suppose there is some blood, but that isn't what I would call "guro"

It's really short (beatable in ten minutes) like this dev's last game and just as simple. Eight in game sprite GOR and one CG if you decide not to repeat the level upon losing.

I'm a little disappointed that the main character isn't blindfolded and handcuffed like the last game (not that both items affected gameplay in the last game other than you could not attack). Oh well, maybe his next game will satisfy me.

The gameplay in this game is simple . . . very very simple :rolleyes:

And I can't fap with this game because of monsters are too ugly :(

After playing it I would call it guro if only light guro. There is splatter all over the walls, and the monsters are made from pieces of other creatures melded together. Also, everything is just plain meaty and gross looking.

Exactly gross, and with MC is not using melee weapon just make me want to avoid everything at all.

No guro animation on MC though, I was expecting some shit to happen.

Man the art is actually kind of decent too, besides the enemy design. Oh well, not really worth it.

You're kidding, right?

Blood in excessive amounts is enough for me to consider anything as guro. Not only does this game have this (just by looking at the preview pics) but there are also flesh beasts and monsters made up of various random body parts.

No, I am not kidding; just taking a more "Japanese" view of things. "Guro" is a Japanese term, not a Western one, after all?

"Blood in excessive amounts..." Well, "excessive" is a very subjective term is it not? I have seen plenty of games where there has been blood-splattered, bullet ridden scenery, and they only made age-restricted because of the level of violence. It is to set the scene, and let you know something bad has happened... but you don't actually see it happen.

For real guro I believe that you need an element of "nasty" and I don't see that here. Actually it is pretty boring vanilla, if anything.

I am not a guro fanatic taking some purist minority standpoint here, I honestly don't believe that it qualifies.

Sure, the monsters are "gross" and there is "gore" but there seems to be a lot lacking?

I too would expect guro action with the MC and other active participants, for it to be a true "guro" content game. All I see here is a pretty simple shoot-em-up, where you get to kill a few gross-looking monsters.

Perhaps if you were to compare it with "Splatter School" or "Splatter Beach", you would get a better idea of the point that I am trying to make. I am sure that a true guro devotee would be sadly disappointed by this offering.

It's not really flat-out "guro", tho it's a bit too hardcore for me to take on a consistent basis.

To raise a few examples for comparison sake, Beat Blade Haruka and Daiteikoku both feature a flesh monster in their scenes, but you wouldn't say those two games contain guro. Also didn't mind them as much since it's not like they revolved the entire game around that concept.
