Any anime games with drug use?

Greetings! Actually, as the title says, I'm looking for anime games with the use of illegal substances. VERY desirable through an injection (not hentai, except if it has normal plot). Also, I would like, but not necessarily, that the game had a normal plot, and that the actions themselves were somehow justified. In terms of gameplay, in principle, it doesn’t matter, the narrative part in this case is more valuable to me (rpg maker also rolls). It would be nice if the game itself had a dark, depressing atmosphere, but, again, these are just wishes, the topic with the substances themselves comes first.
