Hey guys, does anyone here know how can i contact technical support of DMM ?
I purchased 1000 yen worth of DMM point and my bank confirm my transaction,
However, my point balance is still zero and there is nothing in my transaction history either.
At the bottom of the application for Millennium War Aegis, there is a button to send them a query: 'お問い合わせ'. Once you click that, you'll find that for questions regarding community functions and DMM Point charges, you need to use a separate form which is linked to their faq_support. I can't tell precisely which form under that you will want to use, but I'm leaning towards 'お支払い・会員状態について'>'その他のお問い合わせ'.
