Game is up, looks like a plat + gold unit combo for event girls. They have some interesting skills, one is an archer. They join you in battles, not sure if their deaths ruin the run but I'm not taking chances.
Plat is a melee tactician/strategiest with an skill that boosts your team's attack I believe, It has a pretty long initial and cooldown but lasts quite a while. Gold archer has an attack boost + insta death chance skill like a rogue, ranged assassination basically. One of them has an ability that lowers the sortie cost of everybody on your team by one, snap. I assume that's the tactician. DO WANT. Both these girls seem freaking amazing. I haven't been hyped for event units like this in...like ever. They both seem pretty damn useful, hope I can complete this event.
This tactician seems a LOT better than the ranged one from a while ago. Her stats are actually pretty decent even before CC (Though kind of low health).
40/4 is a bitch, you have to outlast enemies, bring lots of tanks + healers. Anya and other tank/duelist hybrids like Yurina work well here. Huge and hard ogre/cyclops rush (Wasn't really counting their eyes ), this'll probably be where newer players get stuck, so I'd advise you guys to look up videos first on it.
The extreme tier map of Great March of the Youma costs 40 charisma for 500 kills. I totally called it.
Anyway, must farm the Thursday daily a little more for red gems, then I'll have enough for 2 AW... who will need 1 plat armor each to recover from the stat loss. Ugh, hope this event drops some.
Edit: Whoa, reward for reaching 500 kills in a single map is 50 red gems (and for 400, a plat armor). I guess that saves me some trouble, if I manage to clear that.
So yeah the new event unit is exactly like Uzume, but her skill give much less atk buff and last much longer.
One thing to note, both Uzume and her skill stack together, but the cost reduce of all unit when they are on the map don't stack together, the max is -2 cost.
492 first blind run on it, oh well. I'll get it next time.
Yeah losing one of the event units on a map ruins 3 star, and you can't even remove them, lamesauce. That makes the 40/4 map pretty stupid since the tactician can be one shot by some of the units. You need it stop it as soon as it comes on screen. Managed to 3 star it and hold all of them with 4 healers, a HA, 2 heavy 2 block units (Anya and Yurina). What a rough map. Man I hate escort missions.
50/5: Good fucking luck. Well time to actually wait for videos now. This has to be the hardest event so far. I mean they usually increase a bit in difficulty each time but this is quite a leap. The trick is to ambush the unit that keeps the invincible units alive, but by the time he shows up, you've probably exhausted most your units. I'm sure proper placement helps, not a great map to blind run.
Same as Anelai, I am almost exclusively playing on Android and I can confirm that game fails to patch after today's maint. After manual uninstall, the Aegis installed correctly, though if you are on limited data plan note, that this is 200+ MB of download.
As for Tamamo being an ultimate anti-rush unit - I have tried using her on high-tier Fairy rescue map and it was a failure. Maybe her level is still too low. As for awakening 'fixing her low hp' - she got one of the weakest AW abilities in the game, so yeah, at least it 'fixes' her a bit...

These maps are definitely difficult and those taurus monsters are very strong. I wish I could do 50/5 to farm for Sanosuke, but I guess that will have to wait
I rolled Aisha, she does double attack pre-CC like a vampire hunter.
Does 1.8 damage boost and attacks 5 times up to 5 different targets (Skill effect is 10 second, but each attack takes 2 second, so its 5 hits). Each hit is ONE single hit. if there's 5 enemies in range, it'll attack 5 people at once for 1 hit per person. if there's only one person, it's still one hit.
ridiculous cooldown time after she activates the skill, its a bleeping 78 seconds, so apparently some kind soul told me her original cooldown is 85
First you got abunch of orge rush combine with sand worm, which if you not careful, an red orge can one shot the tactician.
Then came the freaking mino with his invincble, aggro drawing shadow clones that for sure would draw all of your ranged unit fire on them, mix in with some fat mummies and the factthat you have too spread out your forces to deal with first rush.
All of thst is just half the map, i do not know what behind since i am completely out of unit and have to retreat.
I'm glad this event is going on for two weeks because this is a wake up call for me. I'll definitely be spending more charisma on the challenge maps for more silver fairies and get a lot more silver ranged units CC'd.
As for the 400 rush map, I had a good laugh at the final rush being goblins riders. My whole team just wiped because I make units retreat during the 200 mark just to be able to kill all the gargoyles. I'll definitely try to clear that one day so I don't miss out on the platinum armor.

Attempted the 500 rush map and they had a great measure to prevent me from getting at least 400 kills. Black goblin archers are insane. First time encountering them and they are unbelievably nasty.
Yoma 500 Map:
2nd run 499/500, a black dragon escaped.
3rd run easy 500/500~
300->450 Shizuka more or less soloed the map
450->490 Chloris had fun tanking liches
490->500 Nanaly 8 shot (2 rounds) koed the Black Dragons like "it doesn't matter~"
Total # of healers used for the map? 2

Total # of AW units used for the map? A lot.
Odette+Yurina+Chloris is a ridiculously powerful lich tank for 30 seconds. (To put it in perspective 0.85 * 0.93 * 0.8 = 0.6324 => 500 Lich Damage cut down to 316 damage)
Finished rough translations for all of the maps. The Extreme-tier Youma map supplanted the last Maribelle map as the most tedious and boring map this game has to offer (17 more trips...). That out of the way, I'm curious about the event character's names.
If I just romanise them from Japanese, they're Shuuka and Shao. But I think they're both from the same kingdom as Lian (Romaji: Ren), so I've been trying to figure them out. Shao is most likely Xiāo (Xiao), but I'm not sure about Shuuka. Researching Chinese names that have been written as "シュウカ" hasn't given me any results yet that I feel confident about. She might be Suzhou or Xiùhuā (Xiuhua), but it feels like I'm grasping at straws.
