There's some new shit like elf ear sliders, and a bunch of technical wizardry, like making the on-start file verifying thing faster, not setting off your AV, and remembering your body slider changes (though those have been dumbed down, for better or worse). Load times are still a bitch, though.
More importantly it has modding support and a pose editor. That means new, custom, sharable poses, new skin textures, all that good stuff.
It might break an older installation, unfortunately. Also, it's still Sexvilla. Clunky, stupid, etc.

A large mod pack. Be aware, I'm fairly certain these were made for an old version, and they might not be futa-compatible. They might not even work, period.
A couple other, single poses can be found on the Futanari Palace boards. They're uploaded directly to the community's server or something, I guess. You need an account to see them, unfortunately.

If you don't have your mods/saves/screenshots shit in the folder you install the game to, it might have been put into and referencing a different folder. Do this to fix it:
1) Run the file LLSC_Toolkit.exe in your \Team K17\Lusty Ladies SexClub\Binaries folder
2) Go to Change User Data Location and select "Program folder" and "Customize data paths"
3) It may be located in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\TeamK17, so put the paths where you installed your game like I did for example: D:\Program Files\Team K17\Lusty Ladies SexClub
4) Cut the paths from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\TeamK17 and paste them where you installed, there you should have the Save, PoseEdit and other folders
5) You can put all those downloaded clothes, poses and etc in the game folder now
6) Run the game and enjoy
Actually, the main reason for this post is because I've been taking a shitton of screenshots for the Sexvilla screenshot thread on Futanari Palace. I've been uploading them to Mediafire and crap, and I figured I should share them here.
...A great deal of the files are shots trying to get a better angle/look/whatever on a certain pic, unfortunately. Also I take like fucking hundreds, and each one is like almost an Mb by itself, so they're REALLY big filesize-wise.
