Nothing actually changed from the changelog. There's no new content, just some bugfixes and the removal of the inane conditions no one could figure out for the secret level. If you beat the game already, there isn't actually a reason to play 1.01 beyond seeing the extra stage once. I have no idea why this patch took him nearly 8 months. I'll see what I can do though, I know 95% of the filesize is due to the audio and graphics that didn't change. If you still have 1.00 on your machine I may be able to just upload the database and map files which are probably no more than 50-100MB.

lol, this problem exists in hentai as a general. Like, usually most work involving a hot/beautiful female has a NTR, rape, blackmail theme and the guy is usually old, fat, creepy, or a combo of the 3. While the "plain" or not-as-attractive (by 2D art standards) girls are usually in vanilla themed works with either a high standard guy or a "not so bad" guy.
Yeah, I mean I have no problem with "Gener-o-man" style situations or hell even someone who's a little pudgy, no one's perfect, but the fat old creepy slobbery guys are insta boner kill
