Re: [Nutaku] Osawari Island

Seems like a yugi™ team to me. Doesn't require Eromons to clear stages.:D Lulz aside - yep, seemed like a weird way to call Eromons to me, as well.....Unless, despite you-know-what, they do plan on PvP (AI-controlled).

P.s. someone, distract me from the imminent tableflip due to 500 stamina daily being next to impossible without leveling.....which is next to impossible at lv55 every day. T_T

Re: [Nutaku] Osawari Island

So now that the event is finished im wondering how best to prepare for the next event coming soon.

I am currently level 52 (142 Stamina). Should i try to level a lot to increase my Stamina Cap or should i just finished the daily quest (500 Stamina) for the Special Tome Reward and then stop leveling to allow me to get faster level ups during the event for more stamina.

Hard to do the math on this but it seems like having the lowest level possible seems or should yield mold stamina for events... :/
Punish player who play the game....nice game design D:

Any thoughts?

Also got Galette(ATK Party buff) today(10 R Tickets), she is a beast :p

Personally, I'm going to straight up level grind. Firstly, you can set a team and mostly leave it alone, making it pretty efficient and easy. Three-star gems will be plentiful during the event rewards, and there are not many recipes implemented yet that have worthwhile results, so I can easily plug those until I get the few cards I'm really going for.

Two things pushed me out of the top #500 on the last event; stam wastage and the huge benefit levelling had during the event had on EP. Stam wastage can be overcome by gaining levels, and is the first order of business, in my opinion.

A helpful trick is when you do level monitor your stamina usage and when you get the 500 stamina daily done stop using stamina unless you will overflow. Wait until next reset so you can use it all on next stamina daily, this gives you a head start and allows the time it takes to level and you just rinse repeat.

Depending on how much you watch the game determines if being low level is ok or not. If you pay attention to the game enough that your stam doesn't over flow then no need to worry about it but if you feel that your too constrained by it then yeah levels are useful to tacking on more total time.

Personally I've started to do 3x 5-11 for pure (s) and (m) gem grind. Very easy for me to afk it with Kanami, Sierra, and Lady in front. I did 1-5 for a while with no luck and decided to wait and see if they do release Goma who is the best healer. Though I might go back for Izanai again another time.

Re: [Nutaku] Osawari Island

I'm wondering what eromon to train for the event so I can compete for the combo/damage top ranks, but tbh I'm not sure it's even worth the effort - you guys have any idea if it's the highest damage/combo for a single run or the total of damage dealt and the longest combo during the whole event...? If it's the latter they it'd be a huge pain in ass tbh, extremely tiring to pay attention to combos and damage in every single run. And the prize is the same as for the regular top 500, only that one eromon, right?

I'd say you're thinking of it all wrong. The way I see it, the combo thing should be the EASIEST to train eromon for since there's no restriction for which event stage you're doing said combo on. Lowest damage with highest speed on an easy stage.

You get a R-ticket or higher as well if your high enough. It should be single most damaging attack and single longest running combo I would have thought. Meaning for me after I get Dire to crit (or Nakagami if I level her) on a enemy that is weak to them (and if I ever get a def reducer do that) then I'm done for that.

Combo could take longer depending if you are trying to go for a long combo, but I would prob just go normally and then see what people are combing and see if I care to try to beat or match it. Combo takes a lot more prep work than damage does.

Yeah but Rawr you could also do that on a harder stage and make a bigger combo, though at risk of losing it because a unit dies or something potentially, risk vs reward :p.

You have to use more books to either max out and then get a new type of skill so you can replace that slot, or you need to get a skill that is the same type as the one you want to replace, and then choose to overwrite it with the new one.

Example being +hp -atk can be replaced with +atk - hp

Re: [Nutaku] Osawari Island

Oh, so it would be the highest damage of a single hit? Makes sense I guess, no need to worry about it then. And about the combo, yeah obviously u'd need fast eromons with relatively low damage but I dunno if I'm willing to train 6 of such eromons merely for this purpose :p

Also @Astearic, u sure about 5-1 being the most efficient map for gem grinding? How much are u getting there on average?

Re: [Nutaku] Osawari Island

Another thing, which hasn't been mentioned - Switcheroos. If they count for the combo challenge.....what's the challenge? It's already a "who's better at gimping their team" thing, which I personally don't even see the point in (as a competition), and if you auto-switch, to boot - see my question :/ max def + max speed VS a boss without mass-nuke. Go get your rewards.......if you're one of the 100 people with the top combo count. That's one weird way of "competing".

Speaking of which - combo count range is very small, so, if several people score the same amount, how does rewarding them work? Say, Top 10 - for example, one person for nine of those spots, and 5 people score the same amount and, by the combo number alone, would end up 7th.

Kind of doubting the setup so far - overall, it's not random enough, i.e. the setup (Eromons for the combos or for the damage) is TOO obvious. Rather than "you can do it with A, or change it up and do with B or C", it seems to be more of a "if you have A - you compete against other A players, B and C won't overtake you. ever. the end." variety.

5-11 :p. and no not certain just figure, as for how much. I just did a run (x3) and got 24 medium gems 30 small gems. I get that an ok amount of the time, but also do get no mediums sometimes. I think I have gotten at least 15 small gems at min each time though. Would need to watch closer to be sure.

Akane I don't know if they still are but switcheroos were said to be bugged anyways and not switching out bottom lane. As for whats the challenge, well challenge to make the team and time skills I guess lol. But its a good point, on the bright side I have 700+ of them so if they were working and I felt like it I could do it lol.

As for ties I assume they will just all be the rank whatever they are tied for. So they might all get a reward, they might also just go by whoever got the combo first and then whoever ties gets the next rank below and so on.

Yeah they wanted to make you choose to trade off rather than it just be a straight bonus. Best to use books when you have around 5 or so, maybe even more if want to be cautious, so that you can immediately replace a undesired special.

Ya 5-11, a typo :p Just run it 2 times and once I got 4 M and 5 S, the other time 8 M and 0 S. Usually I run 4-12 for gems, seems to be more consistent but I'll give 5-11 a try.

Let me know, since if 4-11 is better I might switch. Depends on exp as well. Kinda sad that get 50~ exp more for 9 less stamina than the special maps lol.

I'm preparing for when we get that challenge dungeon that costs 50 stamina....
(by stupidly repeating 1-5 and giving my spare SLs lvl 10 Izanai Heals).
