I posted this on patreon a while ago but thought I should mention it on here. The PC of our programmer(CPU) has been broken for about 11 days now whilst art and story/planning wise things have gone on. The unity scripting work that has been needing to be done has got rather behind. So we've been looking for someone to come in to share some of the workload or help out on the project.

I've felt partially at a loss at what to do as there are very few people I know that are reliable unity developers. So if anyone reads this and knows someone that might be interested in getting involved in an adult dev project with our game style please say so.

Whilst the delay will mean there will be more lewd content in the playable version when it arrives. Its still ultimately another delay from the dates our programmer had originally given us.

*Edit* The cpu issue should be fixed by the end of the month. Meanwhile we're having a few people look into possibly continuing some script work meanwhile or at least helping out during the down time* More help is welcome right now.\
*Edit2* The bug in the spell code that was impeding further progress has been fixed.
04/10/2015 edit: All new spell code functionality is finished. Just fixing mana/damage figures and visual que's slightly.

If you experience any noteable bugs please let me know the console should display most of them also.

I'l also be throwing up the Draconian character sprites on here and tumblr considering you can now see them all in the alpha build anyway.

Thank you for posting something that I can play, I dont like becoming a Patreon without being able to play at least a part of the game. If I like it then you will absolutely have another supporter. If not I will still tell you why I didnt since I think you are looking for feedback as well.

Yea feed back would be great. There are issues I know about but it had kinda got the point where I needed something out here for people to see.
I know some of the spells are crazy op right now. Or that you might not run out of mana after casting certain things a few times. & theirs a lack of any information.
I also generally want to know what direction people are happy with us going down in terms of development what do they want from us first.

There will be much more updates from here on out from upcoming content to just new builds of the game. & We've gained a dedicated new team member in the scripting department. Animation work also begins soon with another assisting member.

Its nice that you released the alpha build to the public. Will definitely consider joining the patreon if I like what I see. I am a fan of the character designs so having high hopes right now.

I like the matching mini-game style in general. Its reliably diverting.

Its kinda hard to keep track of abilities and "mana" while playing the matching game, though. I had fair success just mashing QWE while playing the matching game as fast as I could. I'm not sure if I just am not skilled enough to focus on enough things at a time or if its a real issue. Maybe make it more flashy when an ability becomes available?

I played through several times losing once and then winning a couple times but didn't see any H-content. Is that not out yet or did I miss it?

I understand that is tricky to get used to keeping track of mana and the other values of the game whilst playing the matching game. Its a serious question that needs to be addressed as we build up more of the game. In general the corner matching is a very different experience for anyone that previously tried. Currently the game also lacks audio clue's/sound effects but that will be something to come in the not to distant future.

In regards to the icons we're looking at adding a mana value to it and having a red-not enough mana & a Blue -enough mana. Maybe they will highlight or become golden or gleam when available. But It will probably be another 2-4 weeks before we can add that in.

We hope to implement a difficulty option further down the line but we're aiming on a few test functions to ease some of the testing process sooner then that.

The first leg work was to get all the character designs finalized. From this point on the artist is mainly working on the H-Content. There are some already done but they're just not implemented in the current game build.
We're aiming to put a fair bit of it in this month or at least 3-4 Cg's worth of new ones. There are 6 other one's related to the defeat type content but we first need to sort the system for it showing up.

To explain these two components of the H content that are in the immediate upcoming.
Tavern: You go to this place to talk and recruit units. But you'l be able to have leisure sex at these locations provided you've progressed with these characters. In later versions their will be a xp system linking with this. But for now we'l shortcut to the h-content with less overall interaction and text.

Defeat Art: 2 of these have been shown and there are 6 of them we could technically add the concept versions into the game right now also. Though not sure if people would rather wait for the final versions or not any opinions ?

The xp system itself is already in and functioning its just not listed in any way visually for the player right now. Its not the yellow bar however as that represents a "critical" system that we've yet to explain or show properly.

The amount of new cg prodruced each month will go up in a month or so, or so I've been told. But In general we're aiming for around 15-20 full colored ones by the end of December. Along with some animation work and possibly even some of the planned voice acting.

The Icon in the bottom right brings up this new pop up allowing you to actually exit the game,reset or pick the other side.
The Other Icon is the tavern icon which will bring up a different view of the tavern location(art for this already done) From that screen you can recruit units & talk to them. Though its somewhat limited now we'l be putting this build out hopefully in the next 3-5 days.

We will be adding a enable concept art option in the race selection screen. This will enable sketch versions of Lewd content but its up to you wherever you can wait or not for the color versions.(This will be added sometime this month)
This is one already revealed on Tumblr/Patreon
Tutorial planning has begun, will talk about it when I know when.

they just need to be squished more, though I wouldn't mind if you make them bigger X3

Posting the Draconian line up since its available to see in the current alpha version anyway. Valerie,Mir Jam & Aubry lewd concepts are around on but I'l be showing the other two of them shortly.

We also caught a game bug thanks to game feedback. During battle income would still tick over so after a battle ended the AI would immediately create new units and attack you again if it had money. This gets exponentially worse if they own a lot of land. We didn't notice this cause we're used to pounding the AI into dust that its never able to do this.

Progress on the tavern system. Which is the main location for interacting with characters for the near future. Its also a mean't to be a place for hiring new units but more on that later. We're currently focusing on the dialogue/social aspect of this part.

Different characters have different ways to approach them or they approach you. So there are a few options to that effect and learning about them will aid you to that notion with a little bit of time. We're still figuring out how we want this to go entirely so there will probably be a few experimentation on interaction with this area of the game. More then likely I'l have to rewrite the dialogue a few times to be happy with it also.

Well I backed Huniepop on kickstarter and I thought it was quite a nice game but that the story elements of the game ended rather suddenly. It was more used as a introduction component of the game. I also bought for Joxno which they also loved. Couple months later we're brainstorming game projects we can do that sound a bit crazy but manageable and we threw out the word "Match 3 Hentai Risk"

We've disabled the auto spawning of personal forces since we implemented the tavern recruitment system which was the intended method of obtaining units on the battlefield. The auto spawn system used your generated gold from provincial income but the system was designed for the AI rather then the player.

So now you go into the tavern to hire whichever unit you want of your faction along with any amount provided you have resources to do so. This system is fully functional on our end now we're just tweaking the visual identifiers for it. This next Alpha Update is leading up to be a bit bigger then we initially Intended but this is mostly due to not wanting to leave the text content in to basic a form. I'l post a full changelog after one final update preview within the next week.

The concepts for this faction(Amazon) were shown on patreon quite some time ago. Some of these character designs will be changed though.

A couple of hours ago the Kaian(Gender neutral/adapatable/) designs were also shown off on patreon.



We’ve been working on a bigger update for the next release then initially planned as not only was the tavern text content added but also a recruitment system that worked with our currency system. Draconian dialog will arrive in two parts this month both are done but the later half needs adding into the game itself. Arcanist text content is approximately 25% done so far(1 out of 4 characters)

We’ve also been joined by another project scripter known as Noximous making up 2 currently on project. The other being CreationistGamer. Joxno the original programmer left some time ago due to a lack of time availability. This somewhat accounted for a lack of project updates for a little whilst as I found people willing to hop on board. Along with the time adjusting to the code setup/making changes.

We are hoping to get to a point where weekly updates start happening. Stay tuned for more news ^-^

I really wanted to have more art to show off at this point but the artist hasn't been free for a while I might hire an additional artist with spare funds come January/February to speed up production. I've also changed the patreon milestones to reflect actual need for project costs to speed up development. The plan is to have 2-3 game builds this month if possible with one being this weekend if nothing new breaks.

*Edit the new build successfully went out to patreons today 05/12/2015, new public build due in 1-2 days.*

New update for the game is out updated the main thread also, additional info available on tumblr along with a mention from our newest team member.





This update should pave way for weekly weekend updates from now on or close to that. Whilst Larger game changing updates might take longer lore/textual/erotic content will be more frequently added.
