it's been covered ad nauseam, but regarding loli-ish characters the issue is that the CC billers Nutaku uses are the ones that object, so their hands are somewhat tied. Nutaku has said they'd really rather not have to since aside from knowing their customers don't want altered/removed content they have to hire additional artists and compliance officers because of it.
Lot of good compliance officers are, from what I've seen thus far the fix for everything has been "just give them bigger boobs". It's already super obvious as to what characters have been edited and the lack of variety between all the cards due to them all needing DD boobs is becoming super apparent.
Also it's not our concern why games are censored, the end result is that no matter the reason it was and that in itself is bullshit. Nutaku can cook up a hundred reasons why it needed to be changed but most people will not accept any of them (and they shouldn't). They can find other credit card billers, it's not like there is only one in the world plus when you look at companies like Mangagamer and Jlist that sell explicit loli sex toys and games, I have to wonder how some niche as fuck card game that has at most 500 players is gonna cause massive news headlines.
I feel these censorship topics pop up at least once a month (and I admittedly dive into them headfirst) in at least one of Nutakus games and everytime I see people trying to defend the practice for some reason, yes the games are entertaining enough which is why you should want the full experience. I'm hopefully eventually Nutaku will get to a point they can stop this shit before people just leave their games completely. As they release more games the bad PR from this kinda stuff is just going to compile ontop of each other. Their games would be far more popular if they had not started to go down the road of censorship, I've tried to get many of my equally as perverted friends to play their games but when I mention stuff has been changed they flatout lose interest.
