Who I know I will skill up is Cellia. This girl can give up to 20% resist for all kinds of damage to everyone in tight spot, which is pretty damn useful. Combined with her own 10MR and high HP she's a miracle rod for any magic damage. She tanks litches @Immortal Beast for me under just 2 healers. Not infinitely, but when she has to go goatman are long dead and Lillia takes over in her comfortable place with 3rd healer.

Yeah, Cellia is really useful against those liches. She's the main reason why my alt 3 starred Immortal Beast, while my main acc still can't do this even with much better healers.
Btw am i right? Does those liches do 500x3=1500 dmg?

Yeah. Difficulty is to both tank/outheal this madness AND kill goats asap. I found that doing it with Maribel as secondary rod and getting personal with goats works best with my team. Bashira's skill helps alot, too.

Levels are pretty much the same as in my signature, Maribel is 4/5 CC50. No other units used as Cellia outlives goats and Maribel is removed just a bit later to make sure princess is in lich range. Remaining roster is what I used as backup rods after Cellia before settling on this formation.

So in conclusion:
The resources to level, CC, CR, beer grind, and max level Stray yields an archer doing 357 for 13 cost.

The resources to level two bronze archers to 40 and max CR them yields a combined attack of 374 for 10 cost.

The problem with this theory is three fold.
-Space and placement, you're comparing 2 units to 1. At no time is it ever better to place 2 units, even with less cost, then to place one that gets the job done.

-Physical Ranged damage as a mechanic is GREATLY affectd by Defense.
While together they may add up to a certain damage, if they aren't reaching it themselves, its a waste of time as most of their damage being that low will be reduced significantly, even against mundane opponents.

-There will be more advanced Male only maps, DMM has already gotten them, and even well "equiped" players were caught with their pants down as they did not have leveled male units capable of taking the map.

Just a different point of view here.

I'm keeping Cellia before last wave and after it, tanking 3 liches to the end. Before I'll get rid of goats I'll just put Anya/Themis/Dahlia next to her and replace them before they die. Main problem for both accs (well alt doesnt matter anymore cuz it 3 starred already) is only one mage. Didnt bother CC'ing Valerie and now I'm paying for it a bit Using Echidna as a mage for the beginning of last wave, but need her back as a healer before goats and liches shows up.

Standardly H is better. With Cellia E is better based on previous information obtained from DMM.

Granted I've run nothing but E 2 weeks in a row and still have not gotten a single Rainbow from E. (only empty slot on E i have).
So YMMV.

Experts, help me out: who do I level next? Until now I've been focused on getting my main team leveled and finishing Immortal Beast, but now I'm out of low level units and I've three-starred everything.

1) I've been using tin cans above 50CC40 - do I just start grinding through higher levels with normal units?

2) Are there silvers I should be CCing? I have lots of everything except archers.

3) More thieves? I have a Cecily, Harissa, Betty, Cypria and Cuterie I'm not using (at all, except for Cuterie's passsive).

4) I don't know, CC Julian or Christopher? I just have them around for hypothetical future male-only maps.

This will largely fall on whether you spent on the game or are a free player and what units you have access too.

I can say you will need to level up witches x3, and also rogues x4 at a minimum for future Challenge Maps. If you are at a point where you are finding it hard to choose what to level, those would be the next choice IMO.

If you are farming Immortal Beast, CC50-60 levels are fine with feeders from it. You will lose money, sure, but not nearly at the same rate as from RtR/Tower Overwatch, and between Mondays it should be more than enough. Anything above 60.. Costly and slow.

For example, my plan for platinum units is getting them to CC40 with "standard" feeders, then switching to lvl20 ones, go all the way to 61/559 with them and then feeding 2 tin cans. Kind of a balance between spending cans and money.. but keep in mind that it WILL hit your wallet, and 2k gatcha spending will suffer greatly.

What would you guys recommend I do with the 5x Julians I have? Should I acutally level/CR and use him, use him as skill fodder or keep him as a pre-CC soldier don't know if that would be useful or not.

Doubt you'll need him. AW fodder material imo. Better focus on maxing Aria and replace Phyllis with her.

edit: or yes, Aria skill up material. Impact from skill up Reinforcement Request is not visually great, but can be noticeable on tight maps.

Hmm, useful information. I'm actually farming Dragon Hunting because for the sake of time I need to use up my charisma quick, mostly AFK.

you'll need two fully max CRd and max affected Calioppes.

and it's damn hard getting them from 2k gachas, believe me

We couldn't do an Aigis event preview this week, but I will drop a hint: either monks or vampires.

Yup.
Almost sounds like even Nutaku was kept in the dark on this one.

Kinda iffy for me on this one. Event wise Karma is a must have event unit. However, monks are really needed for Dwarfs & Giants challenge map based on my testing (I don't look at vids for em) as alternated to rogues. For the D&G2 map, I believe they will be required based on the current units we have as we don't have other cheap units that can block 2.

So it's an either or, as I think in time we'll have our needs for both monks and an immortal due to future event maps.

The cheaper the better, but you will currently need 3 for sure.
Minimum cost helps a lot, but as another poster mentions, it's not easy to do even when trying to just use Calliope.

Spoke with the twitter representative a bit to talk about the events that we just passed over (Odette + Yurina, since Shiho is probably a lost cause) and what we can do if we're concerned about those events not being next.

Basically the response was "If you want those events you (the playerbase) need to let us know on twitter, facebook or via an email to [email protected] .

Basically the JP devs are going to select events for us from now on, with license to skip over whatever events they deem as not necessary. With that in mind, if there are events they skip that we actually want - we need to tell nutaku so they can formally request them like with Maribel's.

The spotlights for both monk and vampire are meh for me (since I already have Bashira and two Camillas, I don't expect us to get Dina in the next patch, and I don't care for the samurais), so I tried rolling again for Sherry...

... No luck. Bernard, Harissa, Cuterie (my sixth fucking Cuterie, too). I think I used up most of my plat luck when I rolled Celia and Lyla at the start of the event. Figures.

So I've got 40 crystals left. That's enough for Karma if we get her, right?
