Another amazing character is Ero_Helper. It leaves a shadow on the ground and any character that hits it cycles though all animation their compatible with depending on the shadows color

Ero Helper is pretty amazing. With the switching between shadows function, the possibilities are almost endless. Looking forward to see how this character develops.

When Ero helper is doing the positions with raper sprites, for some reason it only shows the same 3 positions. Is there a movelist for the newest version? The one I looked at said hold C and press A. I do that, and pick different numbers but nothing seems to happen.

Ero_Helper goes through only the animations that character is compatible with. (With a few expections) Also press c to select the animation u want.

Special command Choices

PREY ero - Plays Kuro's absorb finisher if that character has one
PREY gro - Plays Kuro's GURO absorb finisher if that character has one

So I'm starting to get the hang of this, but I have a problem. I ran out of character slots in character pick. I seem to have overshot by like 5 or so. I see that there are two more select files, which appear to have a higher capacity. So...how do I get the game to use one of those instead?

Also, I gotta say that the character add/subtract maintenance is kinda irritating. Not a big deal now, but I confused the hell out of myself trying to put in those packages of characters. I actually have a clean character select screen minus the five or so that got omitted due to size. It looks very nice at the moment.

I agree about the manual system of +/- characters. Its tedious and unforgiving of errors. I've run out of slots before, and the way I deal with it is to remove my least favorites. How many characters do you really use? Are the lesser ones really all that valuable to you? In my case, when I remove a character its usually because they are lower quality and have less compatibility. Its not like there are 100+ super high quality characters with excellent compatibility.

You can add more slots, I wrote about it in the old thread. The version I have can support hundreds of characters (Though you may crash since it takes forever to load all of them).

System.def, open in notepad, go to character select definitions (Back up the file first) and fuck with the settings there.

I guess I just have a kind of collector personality, Onyx. Plus I'm slowly exploring how many characters have Umemaro (or w/e its name is) finisher animations. A lot of them seem to have one. Sidenote: the chick at the end of the default updated roster that lights on fire and then starts exploding when she loses won't stop being on fire and exploding during the finisher animation. It's kinda hilarious to watch a girl-shaped recurring explosion get shagged by tentacle things though.

Oh and yeah I did learn about the modifying row and column count. It was casually mentioned once somewhere in the middle of this thread. Now my problem is that the faded black underlay is misaligned! T_T I don't see how to fix that in this thread though and it's pretty glaring when I'm playing considering my expanded roster is no longer full.

Anyway! First time posting here. First, a tip. If a character is compatible with Kuromaru's finisher, he'll make a little 'oh?' sound at the start of the fight instead of his usual evil laugh thing.

And secondly, and more importantly, I managed to find a resource with a TON of links to a lot of characters. Even characters I thought were lost forever or were just a myth like Akari from Last Blade.

I can't give a link directly as I haven't made 15 posts yet, so if you want all the links, you're going to have to PM me for them.

Honestly, I suspect there's more than just that uploader somewhere. The image board gets updated a lot, and yet the uploader...doesn't. Roughly 10 uploads to it in the last two weeks, and not all of those are full characters or anything, just resources.

No problem.

And as for that, it's either pick and choose, or go out and find a different screenpack that supports more characters.

Also, for anyone curious, I've compiled a list of all the characters I've managed to find. If anyone would like any of these characters, feel free to ask; I've sorted them by alphabetical name. If there are two sets of parenthesis after the character name, the first set is the name of the character in the select screen, rather than their full name, and the second set is the series they're from. If there's only one set of parenthesis, it lists the series they're from.

Probably made a mistake here or there, given that I'm a bit tired, so apologies. The characters at the end, separated by a big blank space, are the rapers I've found.

From what I know, Suwako and Aya exist, but aren't out there anywhere. It's just one guy (mugen_rape on Twitter) keeping them to himself.
