Popular as in 2 stars. As I explained before, its ranked by the highest star evolution for each character. (And the pre-evolution form adds to the evolved form)
Besides, this is a popularity contest, jp might just like the look? (Out of all the 1EV2s, I like Ranwu the best as well, since she can actually take a hit when I level her)

And also as in the ONLY 2 star that can survive a hit in the later dungeon and can heal. So you can actually use her in later dungeons when the alternative is getting a 2 star max level instantly killed when against the wrong enemy.

Lol yep after re-reading I got it, indeed i like the design thou i wish there was a way to get the other starters (water starter helps a lot on later dungs).

Unrelated but any suggestion for a 2nd fire girl? Or 神宮寺 蛍 (2EV3) is the best I can get without gold gacha? (aside for the nekogirl from 10-5)

10-5's wolf girl (yes wolf) is the best fire element. Otherwise you would need gold ticket gacha to get a better fire girl. Hotaru's actually pretty good at Lv30, about as strong as a Lv15 4 star +10% but loses by a bit (100 status or so) against Lv20 4 star with +10%.

Gold ticket drops starter units, they are the consolidation prize :X

Wind and water wise, the limited edition from previous event ones are already the best. (Since they go to 5 star and are defender & attacker) Only the wind/water 2EV5 unit (Saki and Haze) are better due to skills selection.

In later dungeons, melee attacker + defense healer is the only way, since mages are "accidentally" killed. (Lv20 5 star aside, lv20 4 star sometimes die in a single turn and are slower than the enemy) Just take a while to get the right holy ritual item for them though. 5 star or 4 star maxxed melee really shines since there's 7 battles in a row for later dungeons.

Update: Map 30-5 cleared, once you use a lot of melee/defender at 4 star max level and bring a 5 star helper, it's manageable. Otherwise, it's a getting lucky mage don't die game.

Man...when start game,it loading so slow.
sometime I have to wait for ten or fifteen minute to play.

Depends on where you are accessing the game, I don't have it happen on my home computer, but occurs on my school computer and laptop.

New Events:
Special Dungeon with new music! (The music is fricken awesome, definitely an alice-soft/persona feel)

The new special dungeon will give you an limited chance to get a 5 star -> 6 star unit! And this chance increase later in the week! But can you beat it? Is the question you should be asking yourself. You will need some Lv20 4 stars and a 4/5 star water helper at the minimal. It's a very challenging map with enemy with ridiculous amount of hp.

This week's event is for high tier players imo. Just cause the enemy has the defense of Story map 20+ and more hp. (starts from 2.2k, goes all the way to 4k+) Doesn't have higher damage, hence bring tanks/melee/mage as you want. Enemies are mostly 2 fire unit + 1 wind unit or 2 fire + 1 water unit.

PS: Drops 4 star & 5 star holy ritual items like hotcakes

Level Limit Release:
2 Star: Lv44
3 Star: Lv35
4 Star: Lv25
5 Star: Lv20
Higher rarity are still better, but your low rarity units will catch up in terms of damage. (But not hp or speed)

Wai, more slot expansions. Considering there's 116 holy ritual item now, even I need it :/

The music on the new is so awesome. I want a ost.

Unfortunately no friend finder, so finding people is a matter of luck. This game's friend system needs alot of work. But yea the soundtrack is awesome.

By asura statue you mean that statue with 3 faces and i think 6 arms? If it's that i got many from several dungeons on red and blue color.

I also love the music on the new dungeon but i think my best chance to clear it is to spend the next 3-4 days leveling マリーヤ・アリサ, the wind starter and the wolf girl, around lvl 13 the farther i go is 4/7

We need the yellow one, which only drops from friendship gacha (and is the ONLY item that only drops from friendship gacha)

the farther i go is 4/7

As the day go by, the dungeon changes element and gets harder and harder in difficulty. (But mostly increased hp) If you cannot clear the early days, your only chance is to pick an element that favors your party and try your best to beat it. (Which still requires 4 star unit across with lv15+ minimal and a 4 star Lv20+/5 star helper)

Curious, for this event I prefer 2 Wind + 1 Water and uses of additional Water as support or fire to deal with the last part of the dungeon.

And true the miusic is awesome.

Wind (Melee/Tank), Wind (Mage), Water/Fire (Healer), Wind Helper (Lv20+ 4 star mage or 5 star tank/melee) all the way.

Then again, I don't use max level unit outside of the helper due to not gaining any exp. Sometimes I end up with a easy time, since my main unit are close to max level, other time I end up facepalming due to raising a new unit orz

hmm so that fire girl from SP dungeon is the only limited one? if that the case then i consider myself lucky running SP dungeon for the first time and obtained her, with the use of Resurrection Item. it's almost impossible to beat the SP dungeon without that item

now someone knows things or two how to get the assistant?

today is probably the easiest dungeon if you have a level 20-25 4* water mage/5*water def, the 10-5 fire girl, an attacker, and a 5* water mage/attacker/defender assist. In my case, I was able to finish this with everyone surviving (given I don't get stunned)

I've been playing the game for a few weeks now and was lurking this thread, my ign is micmic.

oh, does anyone have any idea where to get the final item for the new 5* to 6*?

Don't think its in the game yet, cant find it on the wiki. Atleast i got the event girl now, time to go back and grind through the remaining dungeon levels (25ap oh god why...)

Also, it's a bit annoying that the assistant girl is from a magazine code only.

well i have no problem if the assistant isnt time limited. i might try some code combinations to get the assistant since they dont sell the magazine in my place. or someone actually able to spy on the barcode and distribute it to us? lol
