there's changelog in the author dlsite blog, kinda strange the author didn't put changelog in the fc2 blog

How far does this trial go?
I seem to be blocked bij some red gems in the green area, and I don't know how to progress after being saved from the supermarket in the blue area.
Am I missing something or is that how far it goes?

That's pretty much it. The green path get's cut off short, and the blue path as well.
From there there's very little to do past grinding your lewdness up and grinding levels.

The game is kinda fun, but leveling your corruption takes forever...

in v 0.11 you could buy adult magazine in the first store (not the crystal store or the girl NPC store, its the actual store building with big F in it), it'll increase your corruption (between 10 to 20 i guess)

yes the man-slime is after the large blue slime

Currently updated to V 0.15.
No new H, but you can get semen in bags now.
Also they say it might be out saturday or sunday, depending on DLsite.

Defcab's H-Codes don't include this version of Wolf RPG.

green -> blue -> yellow -> purple
Also you can put out blue and then yellow before green if you play greens story until she vanishes into the park. You then have to have casual sex with the nerds in town to burst the final barrier. Took me a while to find out which is the reason why I simply skipped green until the end

According to the introduction from the developer, all 4 routes were open at the beginning and it's your freedom to explore whether you feel comfortable to be.
All routes except blue will have a "must-rape" scene where you need to encounter specific resident in the area to unlock the final "purple color gems" which separates between you and the area boss.

In any case if you would like a little walkthrough

Every route were basically the same where you would encounter a female smile, she would block the way with red gems where you'll have to defeat a specific smile in-order to unlock the gems and proceed the chase. The boss location will be block with purple gem where you'll need to go to the related resident's house to unlock the purple gate (except blue where it'll be a smile instead.) Once you were able to defeat all 4 bosses, head back to the hospital and approach the manhole. The metal smile will stop you and respawn all the smile-prop on the map. Take the green smile approach where you need to go through the twin-sisters' house (whom for some reason selling underwear) to make your way into the manhole, and proceed on defeating the metal smile in the mansion on the hill.

The red mage, marked on the map, sells red orc which enables you to use flame magic.

Once you beat the game the cg-merchant will appear in the mansion.

Inside the tunnel at the metal slime area you can find a merchant dressed in lab coat. Holding the 4980 yen item he's selling will enables you to act normally when pregnant.

There's no way to complete the game with 0 rape count, nor there's a reward for doing so. Hence it's recommended to get yourself pregnant for at least once to unlock the AOE system.

Considering that you have like 100 different foodstuffs as Items in this game, It isn't too far from being possible that she just gets fat. Besides that the Belly really looks strange in some CGs.
But all in All I would give the game a 4.9/5. The only down point was that you get pregnant by every other rape and then lose access to almost every skill and walk slower
