They want you to use ST potions. The second stage costs 1k tickets to unlock the whole thing. I can only imagine what that means the third stage costs. You however get 5 gold tickets for clearing the whole first stage.

That's asking how long do you want to play for.

20 minutes and 2 hours, the top two choices, you have 3 passes for the first, and 1 pass for the second, otherwise these would cost DMM to use, like the later two options ( 1000 DRM for 4 hours, 10 minutes, 5000 DMM for 24 hours ). This allows you to play that map for that amount of time, if you start a run, and run out of time doing it, you get to finish it, but you do not get to start another or go back towards that 'route' unless you pay again.

At the rate I'm going, even blowing ALL my ST potions I would come in around 3k . . . and I have nearly 100.

Maybe I'm just having bad luck, or Revoica's stage isn't the best to farm.

On the subject of the DMM stages . . . I know Valentinius R is unlocked through the 4th stage, but what about the other two girls?

Practice definitely makes perfect, as does having a high Tentacle Attack skill.

I didn't get Iron Whips for about the first three months I played, so I leveled up ALL of my girls to 10 with Leather Whips. That was a heck of a lot of practice, and then my primary grind stage was Caesar's boss stage, so that helped too.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

Going to keep a log of the drops on whichever stages I'm playing, to see if we can figure if some stages have better drop rates. I seem to have had MUCH better luck on Revoica's stage today . . . I burned over 300 ST yesterday and only got 64, but got 44 in 100 ST today. While that isn't great, if I use at least one ST potion a day, and burn all my other ST trying, I'd be getting around 180 tickets a day . . . that's at least 2500.

So either way,
Day 1:
(Revoica) ~340 ST = 64 tickets
Day 2:
(Revoica) 100 ST = 44 tickets
Total Average drop rate: 110 attempts - 27 ticket drops. That's a pretty even 25% chance. If anyone is interested in keeping data on other stages, like Fawmaw, I'd be curious to see if its still 25% drop rateish. However, my first day rate is about 20%, so I need to do some more runs to collect more data.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

Hi there, first time poster, long time lurker. I've been playing this, and I think I've found a good strategy: I've been doing the 1-5 stage. I can beat the stage in under a minute, and there's a good chance there of getting two tickets. That works out to two tickets per ST on success. So that works better than the other stages on pure profit per ST cost, ex. Revoica, 4 ST for chance at 4 tickets. Also, it leaves less need for ST potions. If anyone has a better strategy let me know! Oh, also, I've gotten 338 tickets thus far. So let me know if you guys find out a better way!

Wow, good find.

Just a preliminary analysis, but I managed 25 runs in 10 minutes (about 24 seconds per run, which means 150 runs an hour)

I got 24 tickets, and at 2x tickets per drop, that gives me 12 drops . . . a pretty nice 48% drop rate. Its definitely twice as ST efficient than Revoica, and it remains to be seen if that drop rate holds up (but if it does, its actually 4x more efficient than Revoica).

Downside is that its utter trash for exp or money purposes, but beggars can't be choosers!

I'm wondering if this event is designed only to be completed by those who get the SR gatcha girls. The whipped cream girl gives bonus tickets right? Does anyone know if she gives +5 every time you get a drop? If so, that 24 tickets I got would have been 84. Maybe that is how the game is played this time.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

The whipped cream girl give +5 ticket every time ticket drops, and the suit girl increase drop rate by 5%. The effect also stacked together. (like, if you have 2 cream girl you will get +10 ticket).

Well, I've used up all of my gold ticket and not getting any gacha girl, so perhaps I'm screwed for this event.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

Did another trial of 100 runs on stage 1-5.

Took 43 minutes (25.8 seconds per run)
Received 100 tickets total, at 2x tickets per drop
That comes to a 50% drop rate exactly.

So it looks like 1-5 it is . . . and given its high drop rate, it would work great with the Whipped Cream girl.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

Hi every one my first post here, well the info about the two main event girls posted by bebenofate and conffirmated by Leinfors is good to know, and making an addition to this issue, the other two shown (dark haired ones) are buyable for 10,000 dmm points into a package with 10 iron wips,5 st potions, and 5 extend battle potions and one girl gives +2 event tikets, the other +2% drop rate, so if you´re lucky with the gatcha and can buy the pack the event gonna be easier.
Pd(sorry for grammar or orthographical mistakes as you can see the eng isn´t my native language).

Soo . . . the two dark haired girls cost $100. Wow. I mean, overprice RNG exploitation is one thing, but this is just excessive. Spending $30 for 10, 25% chances at random SR girls . . . that is really expensive, but the potential rewards are pretty high. But charging $50 a pop for these two girls is absolutely insane.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

It's DMM, why are you surprised by absolutely absurd prices? The only game that is worse in terms of price gouging is Neverwinter online.

150 gold tickets down the drain and I did get the stupid cream puff girl, but not the girl I wanted. The +5 tickets per does make a HUGE difference though. This is especially true if you are running the 1-5 stage.

To be honest, this is the only DMM game I play at all, so I have no expectations going in. Clearly its a game which is funded on massive amounts of consumer spending, but this (in my opinion) is the single biggest single cost I've seen in my five months of playing it. Virtually every other element can, theoretically, be accessed by just being a compulsive player and a bit of luck. What is really sad is that these girls seem to be significantly LESS effective at boosting the event than the random gatcha girls.

Are there any other girls that were literally just "buy this girl" with no other possible method of acquisition?

For the record, in addition to last night's run, I got another 96 tickets off 100 runs. This means my total so far on 1-5 is: 196 tickets for 200 runs (49% drop rate). That's good enough to convince me that it is a 50% rate.

Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

I don't think it's too expensive considering the amount of money you could use in the roulette and get crap. I once used 50 tickets with 3 SR enhancers while a 10% campaign (so, 25% total to get a SR) and I just got one SR Hajune and I already had two. And the only R card I got that I didn't already had was Psyblack. That's 3000 points right there, 4500 when there's no campaign. Because I really, really want Amaterasu, for this event I used the 10 spins twice, with 3 SR enhancers each, and I got 2 Agents Misumi (the 5% girl), no ice cream tits girl, and yeah, it was nice to get 2 Awakened? Nobunagas, but I could have farmed her. The 10.000 points are pretty much a guarantee that you are getting exactly what you want, both lvl15. The pack system it's actually the worse system there is I think, it's a lot more expensive but there is still a big random factor and low SR probability.

Btw, I think I read in the wiki that the ticket drop chance from the event cards don't stack or the maximum is 10%, or something like that, can anyone confirm this?

About training the girls obedience, you can use a metal whip when she's lv6 and you'll get to lv10 easy, the trick while using metal whip is not trying too hard to get perfect strings, just don't miss and try to finish as fast as possible, the seconds left when you fill the bar gives a lot more exp than the perfect strings. If you can fill the bar in 8-9 seconds you get to lv10.

Mabinogi Heroes, the KR Vindictus server, had an outfit in their shop that cost 300-500$ worth of RNG Gacha currency

Ok, that's insane. But now that I think about it, Wartunes is probably the most offensive in terms of cost. You can spend literally tens of thousands of dollars to be a top player.

Whatever the case, $100 for two girls is silly and thus I will never have them but we're getting kind of far afield here.

Good to know about the whips, I'll try that next time; I was always waiting till 7 and maximizing chains.
