The main reason to fail the fast completion date was the revival, the holy women is the best event ever, in terms of drops and units.... of course this wasn't casual, the devs know that.

Yay, I finally can get Bashira. Too bad I already have a perfect Nanaly (skill AW and mincost), but I always wanted Bashira, and now I can trade for her!


I'm also quite pleased with the 20/1 map for Hores's revival event; I got 3 copies of Pales to drop at the time of this post from natural stamina. It's like doing Low Cost Battle stamina/affection-wise, except I don't get any silver fairies or iron/bronze units. I need CC mages for Liana, B. Iris, Roberto, Echidna, and Mel along with potentially ones for Grania, Odette, and Paula if I happen to want to raise those three for fun, so I think I'm going to be doing this map all week and probably take a break on Monday so I can get enough gold to afford more awakenings.

Speaking of AW, I don't know who to feed Joy to. Normally, I would just wait until I run into a situation where I need a certain character to 3-star a certain map, but all of these events haven't put me in a situation where I had to train my units to do a difficult map, so I'm starting to run out of room in my present box and barracks; I used 4 plat armours and 12 plat fairies to raise Imelia to CC70 during Verdinath's first phase to make room in my present box (I spent points on her, so I should try and find a reason to use her more often).

Liana - She's the only character I have with extend range healing, and she's 19 cost.

B. Iris - She's my fastest dedicated healer. Unlike Nanaly, I won't benefit from multiple copies of her, so feeding her Joy would be a waste if I happen to summon a second Iris for the guaranteed cost-reduction even though this is extremely unlikely to happen. So far, I haven't experienced any situations where I had to use her skill twice in a single trip (more often than not, I don't even need to activate her skill unless I'm doing blind event runs and positioned Betty, Maurette, or Patra pooly). I'm almost thinking of Skill Awakening her, so she can heal for 1.1k+ health with her skill...

Nagi - They did nerf ninjas and ninja masters when they nerfed the whole magic fencer class; I didn't complain about it since I already had Hina awakened into a Chounin (the magic fencer nerf made me rage train Charlotte all the way to AW66 to 'fix' her back to her old CC70 self). So, Nagi will benefit from being AW99 more than she would before the ninja master stat nerf.


Basically, Nagi and Liana make sense, Iris makes sense from the perspective that I'm unlikely to ever get a 2nd copy, and while I don't have her yet, Saki makes the least sense. While I would want Saki at AW99, since she can hit 3 simultaneous targets to grant me a 3-star clear for Tinies Versus Giants 2 (I haven't bothered to formulate a strategy for it, since I'm not confident in the amount and quality of my cheap-to-deploy units at the moment), Saki is expensive to purchase to obtain her 50/25/25 cost reductions, so I don't know how many crystals I would spend just to get her at mincost. I would have to save Joy for a long time before I could use her on Saki; I'm probably going to get Happy #2 during the 2nd Anniversary.

Bashira does a disgusting amount of burst damage (I had some table comparisons of her against Victoria). You should get her since she has a different role than Spica and Claire. Against jerks like those mummies, having a ranged burst damage character is a god-send to get rid of them when they're near critical health. Sometimes you want enemies dead immediately rather than an efficient spread of enough damage to handle enemies over a period of time.

Triple and Quad Shot are great panic buttons in case you mess up and an enemy is about to get away.

When thinking about it... I have a similar dilemma to WiliamZero.

Except for me, I just don't want to remove Lian since she does solid ranged damage + helpful passive and as I don't think I need too many archers, 2 seems about enough unless the map calls for it. In that case, I have to choose between Spica, Bashira and Rita. All 3 of them have their good points...

Should I just level all 3 of them and use them interchangeably depending on the map? Though in that case it would bring in question who I would be using by default... I don't know.

Bashira's monstrosity is entirely due to her skill. Her overall damage output over a long period of time is vastly greater than Victoria's except in very specific simulated situations. Lian's class perk makes it so you can use Bashira's skill much more often (30% decrease after AW), since its duration is very short.

Your team is going to ultimately consist of Bashira+Spica+Lian for the most part. The archer you're going to use much less is going to be Claire, though I disagree with Japanese users that Claire will die. I have Nanaly, who is basically Bashira 2.0, and there's a narrow window of situations where Nanaly's wastefulness, and Spica's long WT means that someone like Claire with a 30+ second skill and short WT would've been more useful, though I always figured out how to do those kinds of maps without Claire (I'm leaning towards working on Bella when I have nothing better to do, since her Swallow Shot means she can help me for maps like the Youkai Subjugation since she can reach the bottom lane).

Yesterday I've eceived mine own copy or artbook. It is really nice though as graphic designer I could tell some bad things about this print....

I am really happy for having these pictures in nice resolution and even happier for all these sprites in one place.

BUT.

160 is not bad and it's close enough to get 2 AW Fairies.

I purchased another copy of Kagura instead of going for Hores and got her to min-cost. I'm happy that I was able to get her to min-cost without failing once. I was inefficient with it though since they were all fed while she is still CC70, but min-cost > efficiency. Final skill level is 4/5 but I'll wait until they reveal her AW Skill before deciding on trying to get it to 5/5.

Now to decide on how many copies of Hores I want or save Revival Crystals for the future. Shuuka, when are you coming!

i mean it was 375 m in a week or so 160 free crystals is an accomplishment with three other events at the same time that just drain everything you have this was a event for paying and old players in my opinion

My Hores already CR -2 / 4/5. Tried using rainbow fairy to get her to 5/5 ... no luck at all =_=

I think it already good enough with 20 cost. Have no intention to reduce her cost further

Now ... What I should do, should I get another Noel copy to CR her and level her skill up :/

My copy of the fanbook hasn't shipped yet. I pre-ordered two other books (i.e. 3rd Light Novel), so I have to wait either until the 12th, or 30th before they'll send my package. I can't give a definite answer right now since I haven't read them yet.
