Last last time I tried to farm maribelle in map 4 equivalent, I got nothing, so there's no way I am going to waste time/effort on map 4 even if you kill me. (Though out of 6 run, I got 1 more to drop outside of the guaranteed one)

Alright I am done. Around 60+ runs (and over 20 goddess crystal), but I am satisfied.
In the end I had to get lucky with 32->30 cost down.
And get lucky with skill up as well. (Doing it 1 by 1 is better in the later stages)

Oh haha, I'm not asking you to check it, I'm just saying I'm curious about the lower level drop rate ratio. You guys have already helped a lot with your information of map 5, it's probably the best shot if you can farm it anyways, and I could use the shot at more Calliope's. There are just probably some people who won't be able to farm it, so I'm wondering if 25/2 or 35/3 would be best. I'd assume 35/3 (and you have a shot at silver male HA), but you never know.

　そこで3次職になると、パッシブスキル……自動で発動する、ヘビーアーマーだったら「3体までの敵を足止めできる」とかいうスキルですね。それがもうひとつ増える予定なんです。現状のパッシブスキルはクラスごとに持っている特性なんですが、ふたつ目はキャラクターごとに違う効果にしようかと思っています。たとえば2回目のクラスチェンジで、同じヘビーアーマーでも"さらに足止め可能"なキャラクターと"魔法耐性を持つ"キャラクターに分かれるということですね。これによって、ヴァルキリーを代表とする現状使えないとされているキャラクターにも輝く可能性を与えたいと考えています。

Also, apparently valkyries will be getting a buff of some sort after 2nd class change. Making them super late units?
Either way, I found my Kurisa too useful for words. (Although skill is mostly pointless, give Kurisa Maribelle's skill please ~)

Right when I start to get a handle on things, they introduce a new class change soon x.X Imagine that the events in the future will require double class change to complete for most units, ahureuifglhsfdsf.

I actually only 2 stared 30/2, I think I should have switched the positions of my witch/mage, I let one of the red gargoyle's barely pass because it moved too fast. Can't complain though because I got another Valerie in the process.

Yeah it's just that a 2nd class change means that anybody you didn't 50cc will be even more worthless, who wants to 2nd class change a 30 CC unit? It'll also be hard to remember/explain unit advances/conditions What will we say: 30/50, 50/50, 50/70 CC? I guess so. I hope they show what level you advanced each fighter at at each rank. Polka will need to be replaced, glad she's my only below 50cc girl.

Just my strategy, but here:

Placement:

1: Right side CC Archer (Soma) (Needs to be able to 2 shot purple gargoyle's with prince buff, even better if they can do it without. It's around 320-330 attack without buff)
2: Left side CC Archer (Daniela) (Needs to be able to 2 shot purple gargoyle's with prince buff, even better if they can do it without. It's around 320-330 attack without buff), it's good for this archer to have higher attack/attack buff skill to not miss the top Red Gargoyle that enters first.
3: Prince, mine is only level 77
4: Soldier (Where HA is in image), I used level 42 Julian.
5: Top Right Witch (Level 15 Despuia, 231 attack), is still a low level, so a 40ish Calliope or better works too, maybe even a high mage if you have one to spare
6: CC Healer or 30+ Echidna (Using Echidna means not needing to replace the healer there with a CC'd mage when the red gargoyle's come at around 62/70 because of her skill)
7: Valk/Duelist (Level 42 Mischa) (Not shown, but I temporarily put them in the melee slot above Prince). You can do this before the healer placement if needed. Just have somebody disposable here with some decent damage and that can take a hit, since they'll be out of healing range. They won't take much damage if they have around 200+ defense/ 350+ attack and you can always have another to replace them if needed.
8: Mage (50 CC Valerie, level 15), best to be CC'd, Odette could work with her high attack but I wouldn't risk it because of lack of range, your other fighters will need to be very strong to make up for not using a CC'd mage here.
9: Replace solider with HA, you can do this whenever you have the sortie cost to afford it.

Important step: At about 62/70 when the first red gargoyle appears, remove your duelist/valk/soldier on the top path and place a witch/archer/mage where I have Calliope up top left, this is very important or you'll barely miss the first Red Gargoyle unless your bottom left archer is very strong. Make sure to activate everyone's specials as well and remove your healer if you didn't use Echidna there, and put a mage/witch there, Odette is really good for that position if you don't have another CC'd mage/witch.

A trick I use is to pause the game so I can calmly assess where I need to change things, try that when the first red gargoyle appears.

People asking me for the uh, tool: I'm swamped by PMs at the moment. I'll get to you as soon as I can.

Both maps seem (and feel) very RNG dependent.

Across 31 accounts farming the first stage, 24 runs each over two days, minimum is 3, maximum is 18. Median 8. Worth mentioning that the big demon guy drops a gem at somewhat frequent conditions, so at least you'll be nicely stocking those.

Personal account + a couple of other accounts playing the 4th stage, about ~20 runs total. Got 17 Odettes total (not counting the free one). I feel like 4th stage is about ~75-80%, but I've read people having dry spells of 6 runs in a row without a single drop.

Since my army neither needs sleep nor food, I think they'll be able to run 48 more times of the first stage, but I think, as a whole, you're better off doing 3 or 4 if you can.

Not bad. Let's see if I can draw a black from the 2k gacha at some point. I only go until I get my silver unit of the day for feeding purposes, and out came out her. Too bad I've got the assassinate I gold rogue already.

Edit: WHOOO 3 star 35/3, guess which strategy worked? I'll give you a hint: Yet again I underestimated the strength of Princesses. Even in this event, her tankiness was more useful than my Valk or Bandit in that position and they failed. At least I killed Odette that run, but I let two pass.

My prince survived using Dragon's strategy with like 5% health thanks to some very well timed skill usage. Only other snafu was that I had to replace one of the soldiers with a HA, but I was prepared for that. Hooray, 35/3 on farm mode (as long as I watch everything like a hawk and use my skills correctly x.X). Thanks again for the video Dragon. It sucks that I can't really do anything but level my Prince there now to lesson the stress. I could always level my healers and my 2nd soldier a bit too I suppose.

Now I can finally start considering 60/6...

Edit: Wow, nope. It was so bad that I couldn't even tell which units I needed to work on, everything collapsed. I'd need to CC a bunch of units that I don't have time to. Not even going to try 60/6, not worth it. I guess I'll just have to hope I find Calliope's some other time. Well there goes finding CC materials for my witches and Odette x.X Better I spend my time just trying to cost reduce Odette to the max.

Hey, I don't really see the point in it, but you can give us awesome data anyways, thanks for the information. I'm still having trouble 3 staring the 4th map, my team was too weak for one of the strategies, got 37 minutes now to try the other one.

After this event I need to 50CC Carry. This event has shown me that I need a duelist on par or better than my Prince, and only she can reach his stats in my current roster. Mischa would be close and have passively higher attack, but her skill is pretty bad (Though it has helped occasionally) and I'd like to keep her cost down. Carry would be better for clearing mini bosses when needed. Will be my first time farming gold fairies. I wish I had a better Valk (or princess ),

I mean at least I like Carry and have a copy of her. I don't think she's that bad just because she has HP affection bonus. 431 attack, level 2 attack strengthening 3 = 614 damage without prince buff for 31 seconds. Seems good to punish most final rushes and survive them with 315 defense and around 1700 hp.

Edit:

Just tried like 9 runs in a row of 35/3 and no Odette, there's no way she has a decent drop rate here. I've only found a single copy of her so far (earlier) I'm going to be so sad if I can't reduce her cost in time...out of crystals too. Despair, I'm not sure what to do since I doubt I can beat 60/6 in time. This world with a low Odette drop rate has brought me to despair. I think I can at least 3 star 40 and 56 story mode for more crystals...I hope, and maybe even 34 or more maps now.

Somebody please tell me that a lower map is better than 35/3 for Odette drops, lol. I'm losing hope here. Thank you sweet crackers, I think on my 10th run I finally got a 3rd Odette. Like 5+ more to go~

It was awesome during the 1.5x drop rate, but normally I think it's better to just manually choose silver/gold fairy maps for the stamina cost. Unless you really need higher fairies or something, I'm not sure how difficult the missions for those are. I think what makes the cost worth it for end game players is the chance at rainbow fairies, because they don't need much else but plat/black/rainbow fairies.

So I wouldn't be opposed to them either extending the event, or increasing Odette's drop rate >.> I got used to events being 2 weeks long, a week is pretty harsh on newer players to prepare their teams. I guess it's to be expected though. If Odette isn't cost reduced enough, she'll be very difficult to use once CC'd.

I'm still having trouble deciding if I should just keep hitting 35/3 and hoping for better results than my previous 10 attempts, or see if I can somehow 50cc Carry from level 33 before this ends with time to spare to attempt 60/6 enough times. Gold fairies be rough on stamina though~

I managed to get 2 black fairies, but the maps are easy, at least to me. I don't fret three starring them at all.

Yeah, they are a lot easier than plat/black normal missions for fairies. I wish I could afford to use stamina there.
