For me there were sparkles on the door to the room on the bottom right of the basement. Activating that caused the event to happen for me.

er, yeah, you have to get ntr'd first, or at least get the ntr point count show up on your status screen (y'know, that one about how many times Aty have been fucked in here and there...)

Not for the "+" version that was just released. There was a UI translation for original 1.3 version but that will not work on new version.
Because they are for old versions. Hell even the saves for 1.0 of the plus version won't work now.

I'm at floor 8, I've had the scene where I give craine a handjob. Then had a talk in his village at night and now he's stood at the dorm saying something and nothing else. Do I need to keep going in the dungeon or am I missing something else?

I'd help you if I could but I honestly have no idea. I went to fifth floor with Craine and there was his sprite, interacted with it and did the poisoned Aty event. I don't know if it has anything to do with her horniness at all, I did increase it with the help of the drugs that increase it by 30 each use. I did some of the vice principal's scenes. But like I say, all of a sudden, there it was.
The first ntr scene u get after the apron scene with aty and klein in his room.
That helps a lot - now I know about where to look. But I guess I've gone too far on another path or missed something or save is bugged from earlier version. Going for new game plus to try again.

From what I've seen in graphics folder (I extracted), there are 2 maybe 3 apron scenes though all may not be with Crane. One is clothed with apron over clothes which I got. That one is from a compilation of images and those could be used with other outfits or just undies. Another set shows her with just the apron including several pics showing her having sex.
On your last comment, there is a virgin route per DLsite. I would think it nearly impossible as a first run.
