I just had a look at the raw data. The angel can not be recruited due to a glitch.

there are 3 switches you need to hit to recruit her there name translate into something like angelswitch1, angelswitch2, angelswitch3 but at least two(possibly all three) of these switches are flagged as angelswitch1 meaning once you hit one the other becomes non-extant. it's a easy fix but i don't know the location of all three

Thanks. All this tedious backtracking you have to do makes it so easy to miss an area it seems.

there are 3 switches you need to hit to recruit her there name translate into something like angelswitch1, angelswitch2, angelswitch3 but at least two(possibly all three) of these switches are flagged as angelswitch1 meaning once you hit one the other becomes non-extant. it's a easy fix but i don't know the location of all three

I figured it was strange when I went into an isolated room (angel castle) with NO exclamation marks, yet was able to press something. It did say it was an angel switch...but if it's glitched to erase the rest once the first one is pressed then I'm guessing it's no use to go to all the other isolated rooms.

Well, I beat the game and it looks like I have five empty cells although it should only be four since the blonde angel is glitched. I assume that's all the girls that are available so far though. One thing I'd like to note...is there some miscoloration for the h-scene with Yatagarasu? I thought it was funny.

Anyway, I hope the glitch gets fixed for the blonde angel.

yeah there are no demons for those four cells yet



Fenrir, Yatagarasu and Kresnik are defiantly high on my list list too so are Artemis, Pink Slime, Lilim, Kikuri-Hime and Lamia just based on appearance

I'll give it a shot right now and will edit in my results.

Edit: Whoops, I went ahead of myself here. I have no idea how to implement your fix. I assume it has something to do with unpacking/repacking the game.rgss3a archive? Never dabbled into that kind of stuff.

you dont need to repack. just extract the info from the encrypted file and place the extracted graphic folder in the same folder with the game.
then move the data folder from patch into that same folder and move the encrypted file elsewhere.

if you need the extractor its on the sticky on main page of game forum.

and just to note, nothing really big was change in it. i only alter one of the two angel switch 1 to angel switch 3 which seem to be missing.
if that fix it then good. if not just remove data from patch

Thanks, it looks like I didn't even need to extract the archive because the graphic folder was already there.

Unfortunately I'm not having any luck finding the other switches with this fix. I basically re-explored the angel castle (rather hastily) but nothing is showing up in any of the isolated rooms where I found the glitched one. After patching it with your data folder, I used a save where I already triggered the invisible glitched angel switch earlier. I don't know if I have to use a save where I didn't trigger that glitched switch. It could also be that I'm not looking in the right places though...

I wonder if the developer is aware of this.

if you still have the encrypted file in the same folder as exe, your using old data.
you need to extract from the encrypted b/c the current graphic folder is incomplete. most of it is in the encrypted file.
so when you move the encrypted file out of folder with the exe it will throw errors

Ah, I see. I actually did extract the graphic folder from the encrypted file and I had overwrite the one that was already in the game directory. I assumed I didn't need to extract it because a graphic folder already existed. Good thing I chose to overwrite the existing one. I also renamed the encrypted file before testing it (I even removed the extension and confirmed that the script couldn't load with the encrypted file renamed the way it is). I still couldn't find the remaining angel switches. Maybe someone else might have better luck with this.

When you press "esc" to go into the menu it should be the third option from the bottom on the left side. It's always good to save often, ESPECIALLY right before you trigger those red exclamation points in the dungeons. Some of the girls you can recruit only give you one chance at it.
