It looks like they've changed how the event boxes work for this event. It appears there's four rarity tiers for the boxes, and each tier has its event card as its rare prize. Get that, and you can move up to the next box.

Gotta grind those rank 4s and 5s?

Is there any reason to not crush low rank players?

Also, any recommendations for a new account starting the event? I remember reading some info earlier in the thread for higher level accounts, using purple cards and the like. It would probably be a better investment of resources to focus on pink or green cards though right?

Any other advice would be appreciated, thanks.

PS: 1st box N card get, any reason to not reset the box?

Well crushing low players is good for getting your win streak, however you get more points to spend on higher level players. Each box opening requires 5 points. The highest player yields 5, while the lowest yields 1. So it would take 5 lowest player to get one opening in a box, where 5 highest player wins would allow you 5 openings of a box.

I do this: I have 5 maxed purple SRs (any color will do honestly).
I fight highest level red Teams.
The ally I bring with me is SR Red. That way if a green card pops up and beats my purple, my red ally beats his green. I win 99% of the time this way. You can go in and out of a fight before starting it to change your ally.

Also, R cards can beat SR cards if they are strong against them, so you could effectively do well with a mix of R/SR cards if against the right color of opponent. Cards get x3 bonus vs the type they are strong against. So a 6k R card can beat a 12k SR card.

Red beats Green
Green beats Purple
Purple beats Red

EDIT: If you get the rarest card of a box, I think you can advance to the next box which you should. Also if that previous card is in the next box, if you max out its level and then draw it, you get a redraw and it uses up a spot on the box so win win. The redraw points will be in your mail. So I recommend maxing the N card out in case you redraw it.

I see, it looks like resource-wise a green team will be my best bet. At what point does their leveling taper off, 50ish right? Adding to that, how high up do you think an R card team could go?

Well, lvl 50 Green Rares are what roughly 4500+ in strength, so at triple strength vs a purple card they would be 13500+ which will beat any purple SR. The only problem you will have to worry about are teams that are not full purple. You can get a lot of wins. I recommend grinding level 3 players to 50 straight wins, then do level 5 players for points. 400 straight wins is crazy hard and not worth preying on the weak players considering how many box openings you would lose in the process.

It seems the R box doesn't contain the N card in it, although it still has N-quality item rewards.

If you want to maximize your chances, you can take a team of green rares, if they have around 4500 attack each like Beroxxus says, and take on the highest rank purple teams. If you do this, in order to be as safe as you can be, you must only accept pink assists when you make your attacks, and only the strongest ones, at that, like the apron girl worth 12000 attack points or the dual girl promo card worth 12,120. If you accept a purple assist, you'll be safe from any enemy pinks they have in their defensive line, but because your greens are so weak, any enemy greens will ruin your ploy. Meanwhile a sufficiently strong pink assist will stop both of them.


On my end, I keep forgetting I've decided to constantly choose the top middle space for my box draws, and both times I forgot the card of the box showed up there... oy.

Hmm, I'll go through my helpers and see if they have either of those pinks. I know one of them is a Lil' Lilith which is sweet for rank 3.

Lucky you.
Since I used up all my wildcards on girls I liked the look, now I don't have enough same colored R or SR cards to make a full team.
Oh, woe is me!

Edit: Woops. Seems I was reading the ranking wrongly. Rank 1 seems to be the stronger player that are worth 5 points per victory. Silly me.

What in the hey? The card from the SR-level box is weird... she's a pink card, but she's leveling slow and speeding up as she goes like a purple one.

The R box card... yuri fun times! Oh yes.

Hey guys, just started a few weeks ago, this event seems way to easy compared to the last one and I dont even have many good cards.

Is it bad to buy N gacha? That's what I have always bought.

Well, under normal circumstances buying N gacha tickets is not bad, but in this specific case, it was a mistake, also i wanted to buy WC not tickets, I wasted a lot of money I won in the tower climbing event in buying something I didnt wanted at the moment.

And I'm also interested about the chocolate box i got
