Character/Environment Interaction explanation

The Character/Environment Interaction system allows you to interact with the world around you as well as interact with Colette or other characters in the story. Want to have Colette tie her hair up? Then choose this along with the main choices. Want her to stow away a stone, or tie up a bad guy with a rope? Go right ahead! Maybe you're in the middle of a fight and feel that clothing is too cumbersome. You can put on make-up, put clothes on and take clothes off, kick over a bucket, slap a succubus' ass.
Don't go too crazy, though. If it's a bit outlandish then unfortunately I might not be able to use it. Other than that, be creative guys and gals!

Rift Abilities

-Magical Suppression (25 MR each use): Can only be used on living beings. Only works by touching target. Blocks magic use of target for ten minutes.
-Centered Soul (Activated once every twenty-four hours, gives major boost to all stealth, magic, and combat stats/skills: Major bonus to Hit and Dodge and Stealth/Minor bonus Damage Reduction/Halves Spell Cost/Gain One Extra Attack Every Hit/Minor damage increase to every strike) costs nothing, only usable once per day. Creates a small shockwave that knocks back anything around you. Lasts 10 minutes. (21 hour cool-down).
-Blink (35 MR each use): Can be used in and out of combat to instantaneously transport self within ten feet of current position silently and with only a barely visible blue haze as any indication of its use. Can be used in combat to get behind enemies resulting in sneak attack criticals. Cannot go through solid objects.
-Lust Strike (10 Lust minimum required. The higher the lust the stronger the attack in intervals of 10. Foot-Fighting only skill): Use lust to increase the damage of your kicks proportional to the amount of lust you have. The higher the lust the more damage is added to the attack. Lust is expended upon usage. Can choose how much lust to use, but at least 10 is needed.

Magical Sensitivity (Demonic Lust): As a side effect of the ritual you underwent at Deidra’s you now are able to see the lust let off by demons, namely succubi and even your own, as a reddish-pink aura.

Source of Energy: Magical monsters and beings that feed from your essence (blood and sexual secretions) gain more energy than normal from you and also suffer a short term power boost.

Essence of Absorption: Thanks to receiving the “essence” of countless individuals many, many times, you have discovered a peculiarity about yourself. You have a certain trait of magical beings and monsters that allows you to absorb the magical energy from sexual secretions, and maybe even blood (?), from people to give yourself some energy and restore your MR. Also, it accelerates your healing slightly and you find you can now sustain yourself wholly off of the essence of others similar to magical beings.

Dancer: Dancing comes naturally to you and, while it may not have uses in combat or when talking to someone, you find you can learn dances by seeing others dance or learning descriptions of dance.

Mental Quickness: You're a quick thinker when it comes to solving problems and smart to boot! If you're in a pinch you can easily notice potential escape routes, item and weapon combinations, optimal tactics to attack and defend in combat, how best to enter a building, etc. (I'll give helpful information and suggestions on how to handle situations, but not too much).

Charismatic: If you've got it, flaunt it! You know you're pretty, and you've always been a leader. You can use your feminine wiles to seduce both men and women alike and persuade them to your line of thinking, or you can use your natural charisma to rally troops into battle and improve morale with your strong words and character! Heck, you could probably charm the doors of Mordor open and simply walk in! (Increase Charm skill by 1 rank, people will like you more, and desire you more, you will be more inspiring to others when you speak, and you’re naturally sexier).

Feedback: When you get too close to rifts there's a chance that you will lose 10 MR and deal minor health damage. Health damage will never kill or knock you out.

Milk Addict: You’ve drunk a lot of milk and you have developed a preference, close to a need, for the thick, creamy substance. You’ll still drink other liquids, but you greatly prefer milk for some reason if given the choice. You’ll find that you have a craving and thirst for milk and, while no negative health effects will occur if you don’t get some, you’ll find that you’ll perform better slightly in all the things you do for a time.

Heart of Gold: You are an extremely kind and caring individual; you absolutely love to help children and those in need. You give of yourself freely to others and ask for nothing in return and always try to be a good person no matter what. You also offer to help, even when it was never asked of you to begin with. Loving and caring is second nature to you; you are compassionate, loving, and serene and as a result more people will like you and it will be easier to charm others because of your gentle and loving nature.

Rift Travel: You have discovered the power, whether from being Rift Touched, the silver bracelet, or a combination of both that you can now travel through rifts to the Rift Plane. The Rift Plane is a pocket dimension where time has no meaning and you cannot die from lack of nutrition; if you leave the Rift Plane time will resume as normal. From the Rift Plane you may travel through other rifts scattered about the pocket dimension that are connected to the real world rifts, allowing you to travel over vast distances so long as you have discovered the rifts for each location. I.E. Say you come into contact with a rift in Kilnhaven, Eborthia and a rift in Lumin, Eborthia. You can jump into the Kilnhaven rift and come out the Lumin rift with virtually no time passing between the two. There are also other rifts that may allow you to gain unique powers if you find them…

Mental Fortitude Expert: As a result of training with Astraea you have developed an expert understanding of shielding your mind against mental probes and attacks, as well as having majorly increased your natural magical reserves in the process. You can withstand basic, mild, and sometimes major levels of mental assaults, but anything higher or prolonged and you will not succeed.

Very Slight Magical/Physical Damage Resistance: Your new piercings, courtesy of Delilah, are enchanted to boost your physical and magical damage resistance the more that you wear. The number of piercings you have gives a very slight increase to these resistances.

Dual Wielding Master: You have a extreme amount of experience wielding two weapons at once. Dual wielding allows you to attack with two one-handed weapons at once, essentially doubling the damage you do. At present you are extremely skilled and find it easy to hit enemies in combat without any negative effects to your chances to hit. You don’t need any more practice to wield two weapons at once effectively.

Pleasure Resistance Master: You have learned to resist pleasure at a masterful level, and are capable of maintaining your cool under extreme sexual pleasure. However, only the most extremely skilled partners and/or very prolonged pleasure break down your resistance, though you can maintain your cool for a very long period of time.

Dexterity Trained – Flexibility and Ranged Hits: You’ve been trained by Delilah on how to be more dexterous. While it’s not the full dexterity workout, it does allow you to perform hits better with ranged weaponry. You’re also more flexible as a result, just like a gymnast or contortionist!

Blessing of Kramulet: You’ve received a blessing at the temple of Kramulet on yourself, permanently increasing your MR by 30 and gaining the ability to learn magic from magic crystals at a much faster rate than normal.

Blood Magic: You’ve learned to use the dangerous art of blood magic, allowing you to draw on your very life force to cast spells instead of from charges or your magical reserves. Life drained is proportional to the strength of the spell via magical reserves used. The more magic required the more life drained – be warned as this can kill you if you’re not careful!

Evasive Techniques: Delilah of the temple of Domina has taught you the art of evading enemies, both in and outside of combat. Gives a minor boost to dodge and sneak at all times.

True Heart: You’ve completed the trials at the temple of Domina and have found your true heart. Your heart and soul are aligned, which has given you greater confidence, self-assurance, and strength of character. It will be nearly impossible for others to try and change you as a result, unless of course you absolutely want it. Moderate boost to mental fortitude.

Skin-Walker: You’re blessed bodysuit, blessed at the temple of Domina, has seven unique attributes tied to the blessing. On top of being nearly indestructible and capable of keeping you and itself clean. The blessings allow Skin-Walker to become nearly any article of clothing, within reason, changing its shape through your will and imagination. When worn you also receive the boon of increased physical damage resistance (mild), increased magical/elemental damage resistance (mild), increased physical damage dealt (mild), and increased magical damage dealt (minor), your footsteps are completely silent when worn. The final blessing will allow the suit’s power to increase when you sleep with ten different people up to a total of one-hundred different people, but only if suit is worn. Leena’s Princess: You have accepted Leena as your dominant and will now refer to her as “Daddy” and Papa Leena”. As a result of your newfound revelation and due to her influence, your maximum Lust has increased by 50.

Line Dancing: Requires 25 MR or 50 Lust and bestows Colette with rapid MR regeneration and gives a minor magical damage increase. Lasts 5 minutes.

Amazonian Veil Dance: Requires 25 MR or 50 Lust and bestows Colette with a mild damage bonus and +1 skill bonus to all offensive weapon skills (2/4 Hand-to-Hand becomes 3/4, etc.). Lasts 5 minutes.

Lap Dance: 25 MR or 50 Lust required to use. Drains mild health and MR of target, target instantly loses an action turn, gives mild health boost. Lasts five minutes.

We don't have the Magic to use the staff and we drained the free shots in it. White crystal is Light at least something we can use hopefully as it should have at least 1 charge, So Stun Magic.

You have the advantage now, and you reason that it would be foolish to not press that advantage to its fullest before pulling back and gaining some traction. You take a few tentative steps towards the dwarven armor and watch the flailing tentacle arm warily as the creature starts to rise. The human armor starts to approach you, forcing you to pick up the pace; you approach the flailing armor with urgency and putting caution on the back of the saddle. The tentacle arm whips out at you, but you expected as much and with a single horizontal cut, wielding your blade in both hands and doing your best to remain calm and focused, your blade slices through the exposed tentacle and sends the gauntlet and a good two or three feet of writhing tentacle, now dead, flying behind you and hitting the back wall with a sickening thud and squelch. Dark blood spews from the wound while the tentacles remaining retract back into the core of the writhing mass, which twitches from the lightning that briefly circulates the main body. Your aggression does not go unnoticed, however; the human armor charges full speed at you with its crippled tentacles outstretched. “Crap, crap, crap! Time to run!” you say more to yourself, turning tail and bolting, hopping over the shield on the floor and the body of the elven armor. You round the corner of the sarcophagus once, then another time, and frantically look around for the necklace. You spot the necklace on the ground – a mundane piece of jewelry is made of a white metal with a small bronze medallion fixed to a link in the chain. In the center of the medallion is a white pearl and it looks like the medallion had some sort of small mural on it, but you can’t tell as it’s faded with time, corrosion, and perhaps the gentle caressing of one who found comfort and nostalgia in this memento. You don’t take too long to admire it, snatching it up before turning around, only to be met face to face with the human armor. You’re only given a split second before tentacles whip out at you, with the dagger and mace attached flying in your face. With the limbs crippled and nearly severed, however, it’s easy to dodge due to how telegraphed and clumsy the attack comes out. As the right tentacle comes at you, you manage to finish the job your gauntlet did and sever it in two midair, sending the limb flying behind you and hitting the ground with a limp thud. The dagger, aimed at your feet, barely flies true and instead the creature only manages to hit the ground in front of you – you stomp on the gauntlet holding the dagger and quickly bend down, digging the claws of your gauntlet into the flesh of the half severed tentacle and finishing the job, tearing and pulling the tentacle away with a scream of anger. Dark blood spews forth from the terrible wounds you inflicted, and it stumbles back almost drunkenly… perhaps from blood loss. You don’t care; you kick it square in the chest and send it toppling onto its back, and you decide to finish the job then and there. You pounce on the human armor and bring your sword in both of your hands, turning the blade downward and stepping over the creature. You plunge it down into the center of the armor, penetrating it slightly… you pull back and yell in anger and exertion as you plunge the blade in again, remove it, and then repeat until your sword goes through the armor completely and penetrates deep into the core of the body.

The creature twitches erratically for a few moments and raises itself on its back… and then it drops to the floor dead, a puddle of dark blood forming underneath it. You pant as your adrenaline wanes, slowly withdrawing the sword and making sure that the beast is dead before stumbling forward towards the pillar, running your hand along the stone as you turn the corner and rest your back against the stone. You slide down and rest on the fleshy floor staring at the pink tentacles blocking the exit… and then you look at the medallion attached to the necklace. “I wonder what you do…?” you ask as you give it a once over before bringing it to your neck and slipping it on, tying the chain around your neck while avoiding your red and black hair from getting tangled in it. You know that you mustn’t let your guard down, standing back up as quick as your tired muscles will allow when you hear the dwarven armor, ever silent and relentless approaching your position. You don’t want a repeat of last time with something flying around the pillar, so you push yourself off the pillar and side step out into the open… only the armor isn’t where you last saw it. Confused, you take a few tentative steps forward, but you don’t make it very far. You see something fly out the corner of your eye, but you’re unable to react to it quick enough and take a devastating blow to the side of your face. The world spins, your face stings, and you taste blood in your mouth, and you can hardly see out of your right eye. The force of the blow causes you to whip your head to the left and your feet to crumple beneath you; you hit the ground on your hands and knees, coughing and the world spinning around you as if someone just picked you up and twirled you in a circle about a hundred times. You shake your head trying to regain your composure and wits, which is difficult to do since your right eye seems to want to stay shut – you hear the armor approaching you and a quick look to your right reveals a pair of moss covered metal boots. You look up and see the armor, tentacles bursting forth from both arms, winding up ready to smash down upon you. Fear creeps into you, but you’re still too dazed and weak from the attack to do much more than pick up your sword and raise it in some vain attack at blocking the attack. You know it won’t do much, so you brace yourself for the blow that will inevitably come.

It never does.

You watch in horror as the tentacles plummet towards you, and at the exact instant before it connects with your body a bright white light comes from the necklace, and an instant later you’re enveloped in a white bubble of light. The tentacles slam into the bubble, and as soon as they do your protective barrier disappears… and is then replaced with a focused beam of pure white light. The medallion raises on your neck slightly and aims at the tentacle creature, slamming into the tentacle armor and incinerating parts of its armor near the head and chest, leaving gaping holes and cauterized wounds wherever the beam strikes. The tentacle flails about desperately, swinging in all directions above you, which only serves for it to be burned and incinerated even worse than before as the beam continues to cut through it. You take the opportunity to gather what little strength you have left, grabbing your blade and screaming in desperate rage. You lunge for the armor, narrowly being hit by one of its tentacles, but thankfully the necklace cuts it in two and gives you a free shot at the beast. You plunge your sword through the top of the creature into the writhing mass where it’s head once hanged. You manage your entire blade into the top of the beast, and a surge of yellow lightning engulfs the entire body of the beast in a glorious display that sizzles its flesh. You pull your sword from the beast with a wet, slimy schlip! and watch as the armor stands still for a moment… and then falls towards you. You step out of the way and watch the beast topple over, face first into the ground before a pool of blood starts to form beneath it. You stare at it with your good eye for a few moments, hardly believing that it’s over… you won.

“Hah… hahaha… hahahahaha! I did it! I actually did it! Oh my gods, I can’t believe I did it!” you celebrate, laughing hysterically as you’re overcome with joy and elation. You laugh all the way over to the other pillar, turning around and gathering your things up. You don’t even bother to put anything on, instead holding it all in your hands as you walk around the pillar and set them, and yourself, down a few feet in front of the sarcophagus. You smile widely to yourself, not caring about the pain or the damage done to yourself; right now you need this, just a small moment of victory and triumph to hold you over. You set your sword down beside you and lean back on the palms of your hands, relishing the victory and just the wonderful sensation of being able to sit down after a hard day’s work. The moment would be so much better if you weren’t covered in tentacle spunk and even more tentacle gore, but beggars can’t be choosers, right? You close your eyes and take it all in… but the feeling of the earth rumbling and harsh movement catches you off guard. You pop your eyes open and look around warily for any other threat or movement, and that’s when it hits you. The tentacles covering the sarcophagus start to retract back into the ground, and in their place dozens of pink tentacles start to burst from the walls, the ceiling, and the floor of the room in all shapes and sizes! “No… please not again!” you groan, defeated, grabbing your sword and standing up ready to defend yourself when the sarcophagus top starts to slide open. The heavy stone slab continues to slide off and fall out the back end with a loud resounding thud that shakes the room. You wonder why the sarcophagus would open like that, but that question is soon replaced by what is inside. You put your thoughts on hold when a few pink tentacles, followed by a light toned yet slightly pink hand grips at the top edge of the elaborate tomb. You watch the hand and tentacles curiously and cautiously all at once – more tentacles rise out of the tomb followed by another hand and… what sounds like a woman yawning? A few moments later and a woman, fairly average in appearance with middle-aged features, freckles on her face, and bright blue eyes slowly rises from the sarcophagus wearing an incredibly soft looking and slightly shimmering white robe that is both thin and bulky all at once. She’s a brunette with her hair going down to her waist, large breasts – perhaps a D-cup or slightly larger – and a thin frame, though you can’t really tell too well based on her robes. The most unique features about her are how her pale skin as an unnatural pink hue to it, similar to the tentacles in the room, and the fact that she has tentacles sprouting from her back out of her robe. You can clearly see the tentacles writhing from beneath her robe as they snake their way out of her arm slots and from beneath her robe, and upon closer examination you see small tentacles coming out of her arms as well. She rubs her eyes with her hands and yawns once more, and you can’t help but cock an eyebrow from your left eye – your right still remains shut and swollen now – at the nonchalance of this new foe… or whatever she is. She looks human for all intents and purposes, aside from the obvious, but this place has been nothing but oddities and danger to you so assuming anything would be foolhardy. When she fully opens her eyes and blinks, a dazed smile on her lips, she looks down at you… and screams in terror, holding her hands to her mouth as she does so.

Ooookay… not what I was expecting at all, but alright.

She frantically looks around the room, her eyes falling on the dead tentacle creatures that you recently slew. Her eyes widen and she seems to cower back, bumping against the back of her bed(?) while all the pink tentacles around the room writhe uncontrollably, perhaps in fear. “W-W-Who are y-y-you? Are you an a-a-assassin o-or perhaps a h-hunter?” the woman-tentacle-creature-thing asks you with obvious fear in her eyes, visibly trembling, seemingly gone from waking from a peaceful sleep to full blown panic in a matter of seconds. You raise an eyebrow once more and lower your weapon only slightly, shaking your head. “N-No” you stammer out awkwardly “I’m not an assassin or a… hunter. I’m just trying to get out of this place. First I was kidnapped, and then I fought for my life, crawled through a hole, then I think I triggered a trap and had to fight these three things. Who are you? What are you?” The woman continues to tremble, but you seem to have piqued her curiosity as she takes a step towards you in her little bed chamber. “I-I’m… my name is Kalinda. So you’re not here to kill me then?” the woman asks warily, a genuine sincerity written across her face that is refreshing and relieving, but you still won’t let your guard down. “Not unless you’re going to try and kill me, then no. I just want to go home. I’m tired, I’m hurt, I’ve fought my way through this damn place trying to escape. I don’t know where I am, I’m covered in goo and blood, I’m hurt, bleeding, and in pain, and I just want to go home”. You don’t mean to let your emotions pour through, but you’ve had a long day and your tired and fed up with all the twists and turns. Surprisingly enough the woman listens and seems sympathetic at the very least, and before long her fear dissipates and is replace with genuine concern. She smiles at you and says “Well, isn’t that just the saddest thing I ever did hear? I’m sorry, pretty young child of man and mer. Let me alleviate your suffering some”. She starts to wave her hands and glow in a bright light of gold and white, and at first you’re afraid and brace for an attack, but as the intensity of the brightness grows you find yourself feeling warm and a soothing feeling creeps up on you. She raises her hands up in the air and the tentacles on her body all become rigid as a wave of gold and white bursts forth from her body, sending a wave of force that encompasses the entire room. You take a step back, but you needn’t fear anything; the instant the wave touches you, you instantly feel rejuvenated. Your aches and pains dissipate, your wounds close and heal, you feel strong, healthy, and even your magical reserves return to you. You feel great, like you’ve just had a good night’s rest and you took a dip in some healing waters at a temple of Lequis or Domina. You stand up straight and moan as you feel… good, plain and simple – you actually feel stronger than before, healthier and your magic feels like it’s received a boost. “You’ve had a long, hard journey it seems. A small boon seems in order. I bless you with greater strength and resilience; you deserve such a reward after what you have been through” the woman says with a bright smile on her face, resting her chin on her arms as she leans on the edge of her small chamber “I don’t know how long I’ve been asleep, but if you’re lost and trying to escape then I think things have changed drastically since I’ve slept… oh my, you’re naked!”

You smirk at the strange woman and stand up straighter, placing your hands on your hips and laughing. “Just now noticed that did you? What gave it away? The perky nipples? They can’t be reasoned with or stopped until they’ve fulfilled their duty, or they are slain. It is so sad, and I wish I was awake to do something, but their deaths are what woke me in the first place…” The strange tentacle woman named Kalinda drops her head, her bright blue eyes full of remorse and sorrow… she seems sincere in her emotions and despite her age, or what you perceive to be her age, she seems like a young woman or a child in some ways – naïve perhaps. “I’m one to speak…” you say under your breath with a small chuckle, lowering your guard and looking at Kalinda with a bright smile. “I… I think I can forgive you, and I’m sorry about your guardians; I was just trying to stay alive. You still haven’t answered my question, though. What are you? Are you a tentacle beast or a human? And why were you sleeping? What is this place? And more importantly how do I get out?” Kalinda smiles at you warmly and, using the tentacles on her back, she hoists herself up and over the edge of her sarcophagus to stand in front of you. You take a step back in surprise at the swiftness and grace which she performed, and at the oddness of her appearance as you get a better look at her – there are six long, perhaps six or eight feet in length, and thick tentacles that sprout from the back of her robe, and now that you get a better look at her wrists you see that she doesn’t have tentacles coming from them, but rather from somewhere inside her robe… perhaps more tentacles from her back or somewhere else? “First, let me clean you up. You’re covered in blood and, u-um…” again she blushes as she speaks, but she starts to wave her hands and tentacles in front of you, glowing in a dim aqua and red glow… and then a gentle stream of water projects from her palms and tentacles. The water hits your skin, but instead of splashing off Kalinda instead controls the water and pushes it all along your body, washing and rinsing you of filth. It feels amazing; the warm water is so gentle and soothing you moan and let her do her work, working it into your skin and hair. It’s funny because you don’t feel wet for long; she mixes in some fire magic to just as quickly dry you, and when the process is complete she waves her hands and tentacles, and in an instant the warm water unfortunately leaves your body, rises in the air, and then bursts into flames, disintegrating the filth. The Character/Environment Interaction system allows you to interact with the world around you as well as interact with Colette or other characters in the story. Want to have Colette tie her hair up? Then choose this along with the main choices. Want her to stow away a stone, or tie up a bad guy with a rope? Go right ahead! Maybe you're in the middle of a fight and feel that clothing is too cumbersome. You can put on make-up, put clothes on and take clothes off, kick over a bucket, slap a succubus' ass.
Don't go too crazy, though. If it's a bit outlandish then unfortunately I might not be able to use it. Other than that, be creative guys and gals!

Magical Sensitivity (Demonic Lust): As a side effect of the ritual you underwent at Deidra’s you now are able to see the lust let off by demons, namely succubi and even your own, as a reddish-pink aura.

Source of Energy: Magical monsters and beings that feed from your essence (blood and sexual secretions) gain more energy than normal from you and also suffer a short term power boost.

Essence of Absorption: Thanks to receiving the “essence” of countless individuals many, many times, you have discovered a peculiarity about yourself. You have a certain trait of magical beings and monsters that allows you to absorb the magical energy from sexual secretions, and maybe even blood (?), from people to give yourself some energy and restore your MR. Also, it accelerates your healing slightly and you find you can now sustain yourself wholly off of the essence of others similar to magical beings.

Dancer: Dancing comes naturally to you and, while it may not have uses in combat or when talking to someone, you find you can learn dances by seeing others dance or learning descriptions of dance.

Mental Quickness: You're a quick thinker when it comes to solving problems and smart to boot! If you're in a pinch you can easily notice potential escape routes, item and weapon combinations, optimal tactics to attack and defend in combat, how best to enter a building, etc. (I'll give helpful information and suggestions on how to handle situations, but not too much).

Charismatic: If you've got it, flaunt it! You know you're pretty, and you've always been a leader. You can use your feminine wiles to seduce both men and women alike and persuade them to your line of thinking, or you can use your natural charisma to rally troops into battle and improve morale with your strong words and character! Heck, you could probably charm the doors of Mordor open and simply walk in! (Increase Charm skill by 1 rank, people will like you more, and desire you more, you will be more inspiring to others when you speak, and you’re naturally sexier).

Feedback: When you get too close to rifts there's a chance that you will lose 10 MR and deal minor health damage. Health damage will never kill or knock you out.

Milk Addict: You’ve drunk a lot of milk and you have developed a preference, close to a need, for the thick, creamy substance. You’ll still drink other liquids, but you greatly prefer milk for some reason if given the choice. You’ll find that you have a craving and thirst for milk and, while no negative health effects will occur if you don’t get some, you’ll find that you’ll perform better slightly in all the things you do for a time.

Heart of Gold: You are an extremely kind and caring individual; you absolutely love to help children and those in need. You give of yourself freely to others and ask for nothing in return and always try to be a good person no matter what. You also offer to help, even when it was never asked of you to begin with. Loving and caring is second nature to you; you are compassionate, loving, and serene and as a result more people will like you and it will be easier to charm others because of your gentle and loving nature.

Rift Travel: You have discovered the power, whether from being Rift Touched, the silver bracelet, or a combination of both that you can now travel through rifts to the Rift Plane. The Rift Plane is a pocket dimension where time has no meaning and you cannot die from lack of nutrition; if you leave the Rift Plane time will resume as normal. From the Rift Plane you may travel through other rifts scattered about the pocket dimension that are connected to the real world rifts, allowing you to travel over vast distances so long as you have discovered the rifts for each location. I.E. Say you come into contact with a rift in Kilnhaven, Eborthia and a rift in Lumin, Eborthia. You can jump into the Kilnhaven rift and come out the Lumin rift with virtually no time passing between the two. There are also other rifts that may allow you to gain unique powers if you find them…

Mental Fortitude Expert: As a result of training with Astraea you have developed an expert understanding of shielding your mind against mental probes and attacks, as well as having majorly increased your natural magical reserves in the process. You can withstand basic, mild, and sometimes major levels of mental assaults, but anything higher or prolonged and you will not succeed.

Very Slight Magical/Physical Damage Resistance: Your new piercings, courtesy of Delilah, are enchanted to boost your physical and magical damage resistance the more that you wear. The number of piercings you have gives a very slight increase to these resistances.

Dual Wielding Master: You have a extreme amount of experience wielding two weapons at once. Dual wielding allows you to attack with two one-handed weapons at once, essentially doubling the damage you do. At present you are extremely skilled and find it easy to hit enemies in combat without any negative effects to your chances to hit. You don’t need any more practice to wield two weapons at once effectively.

Pleasure Resistance Master: You have learned to resist pleasure at a masterful level, and are capable of maintaining your cool under extreme sexual pleasure. However, only the most extremely skilled partners and/or very prolonged pleasure break down your resistance, though you can maintain your cool for a very long period of time.

Dexterity Trained – Flexibility and Ranged Hits: You’ve been trained by Delilah on how to be more dexterous. While it’s not the full dexterity workout, it does allow you to perform hits better with ranged weaponry. You’re also more flexible as a result, just like a gymnast or contortionist!

Blood Magic: You’ve learned to use the dangerous art of blood magic, allowing you to draw on your very life force to cast spells instead of from charges or your magical reserves. Life drained is proportional to the strength of the spell via magical reserves used. The more magic required the more life drained – be warned as this can kill you if you’re not careful!

Evasive Techniques: Delilah of the temple of Domina has taught you the art of evading enemies, both in and outside of combat. Gives a minor boost to dodge and sneak at all times.

True Heart: You’ve completed the trials at the temple of Domina and have found your true heart. Your heart and soul are aligned, which has given you greater confidence, self-assurance, and strength of character. It will be nearly impossible for others to try and change you as a result, unless of course you absolutely want it. Moderate boost to mental fortitude.

Skin-Walker: You’re blessed bodysuit, blessed at the temple of Domina, has seven unique attributes tied to the blessing. On top of being nearly indestructible and capable of keeping you and itself clean. The blessings allow Skin-Walker to become nearly any article of clothing, within reason, changing its shape through your will and imagination. When worn you also receive the boon of increased physical damage resistance (mild), increased magical/elemental damage resistance (mild), increased physical damage dealt (mild), and increased magical damage dealt (minor), your footsteps are completely silent when worn. The final blessing will allow the suit’s power to increase when you sleep with ten different people up to a total of one-hundred different people, but only if suit is worn. I'm currently writing up the next update, but I just want to let you all know that it will be a longer update, and my work schedule for the next two week is going to be slightly wonky. Two of my bosses recently quit and found new jobs, and while I'm not taking either of their positions I am going to be taking on some of their workload and responsibilities on top of my own. This week I only have one day off (which is today) and next week is much the same with high possibilities of overtime... which I'm already getting.
