I finished upload it. Sorry it's in so many parts, as I said my internet is quite bad and I can't upload larger files because I get disconnected frequently while doing so. If anyone wants to upload it somewhere less annoying feel free to.

Use hjsplit to recombine the two files that have been split (part1.exe and part2.rar) then run the part1.exe to extract all the files.
Here's a short guide based off what I've figured out so far.

There's two meters on screen all the time - Mizuki's affection towards you and the amount of food you have. As you increase the affection meter, you'll unlock the H scenes.
I'm not entirely sure what food does. I think it might be used whe constructing things, but I have no idea what that section in the middle of the bar is for.

Every day you have 3 actions, 2 during the day and 1 during the night.
During both day actions you can choose to go fishing, go hunting, build or wait. If you choose to wait when Mizuki's affection is high enough you'll then also get the option to start an H scene.
During the second day action you can also choose to go to the Onsen, which can trigger another H scene and increases affection a bit.
During the night action everything except the very top one seems to start H scenes. The top option will just have you go to sleep after talking with Mizuki.

Both of the food gathering actions (fishing and hunting) are very simple.
For fishing, you choose a bait (the bigger the bait, the better things you can catch) then you cast with the left mouse. The bobber will float around a bit, then when it gets pulled under and the mouse icon on the top of the screen starts flashing you left click to start pulling it in. During this part you have to spam mouse wheel down to reel in the fish, while also hitting the left or right mouse button depending on what direction the fish is pulling to keep it from getting away. The mouse graphic at the top will tell you what buttons to press. The main goal in fishing is to catch fish and use them as bait until you catch the biggest fish, then repeat. You don't seem to lose food for using a fish you caught as bait.
Hunting is a pain in the ass. You have a bow (you have to do a build action once to unlock it) and you're trying to shoot some kind of animal (rabbit / deer / boar). They move around a lot, the bow shoots really slowly, and you don't get a lot of time. I really wish you could turn where you were looking with the arrow keys instead of the mouse, because trying to aim the bow and follow the animal as it moves around the arena is extremely annoying. I haven't been able to kill the boar at all.
