The three options for stage entry are easy medium and hard, I believe in that order from top to bottom

It's just me or Techno Break is WAY too hard?
Yes, i know it's a different game, but i didn't know this circle until now with this game, tried all the other games demos, and...i can't even finish the first level of Techno Break, and i've played shooter games like Gradius

Anyone know if the game will have static CGs as well? They're never the greatest but I always thought they were a nice addition

Well that game wasn't meant to be that hard,but became that way because of how poorly it's made(stupid enemy placements,disspropotionate number of enemies to the main char's fire power,main char's sprite is too big,stupid "overheat" system that kills you if you shoot too much...).

@Cypher19: There may be some CG's in the full game for losing to certain enemies,but who knows...

The overheat issue is the worst i thing. Also, it's not only how big is the player character, but from where she shoots, it's at the bottom of the whole sprite, so it feels unbalanced lining up shots without getting killed. I planned on buying all the circle's games to show support, i liked a lot the demo of the upcoming game, but i don't know about that one...i'll see...

Released the frames of a new attack. Right now he says he's working on Bosses and special moves

He also says that he plans to make hard difficuly Malicious but Fair?
Suggests that you try Easy and Normal mode first, to be safe.

Also, he's aiming for a July release

New update, posting some enemy sprites. Says that he was having trouble because of how many levels he had to make sprites for, but there will definitely be a July release.

So I know Z punches and X kicks, but are there any other controls in-game? Like, how do you do the super combo and stuff? I just got it so I'm a little curious.

Check the config file (THe other EXE in the folder)

You first need to buy the combos/supercombos in order to use them.
Then you need to equip them.
Both are options in the game menu

You can also use the config to customize which buttons you want to use.

New update in the blog, this time there is a small gif featuring a tentacle trap, one of the two the players may encounter, if google translator was right. Also in the comment section i've read somewhere about expecting the game to be released in the next two weeks.

yep. It's done, he just has to playtest, and write the manual

He's added a couple new features:
Dash-Cancel, which lets you cancel into a dash. D-CAN OK will show on screen when this is possible

Boss Difficulty Scaling, which is as it sounds. Bosses will scale in stats as you do, yourself.
