Well don't forget he added tons of additional stuff over time.

Imho yes it will be better then the release version of SG, but if it will be better then the latest version of SG.. we will see.

I assume that completely yes, it will be better even than new SG version already from the start.
Cause - 3p (maybe even 4p), clothing system, custom voice actress. That's pretty much to overdone SG "achievements". And that's all already had been shown in trial version.

Well, there's uncensor ready to go so I don't think there will be same rush like someday (or "somemonths" xD) was with SG. But still, there's need of full game and someone with link to it.
