Anyway, so no finished translation? I think I have most everything done but maybe one last job, I have no idea where it is though since it's in Japanese, also missing the handjob and titjob moves...

I don't really like birthing stuff typically but this game has been a lot of fun, Mikami is a cool(and hot) protagonist, been a funny and sexy game would love to understand the last parts of it...


I'd definitely buy a sequel if there was an English patch, best RPG maker game I've played so far.

Titjob move is found in the orphanage...search the bookshelves the one in the upper right most corner...

For the handjob find the homeless guys in the map before the 1st boss map...have sex with him a couple of times and you will learn it.

There is full patch its just made by private group and will never be made public since some people overreacted when they posted troll trlanslation and stole stuff from their servers and now they are pissed at ULMF.

Still hoping i will be able to play it in english someday.

Probably because there's no good reason to translate stuff for a private group of people.

Translations are meant to be shared.

Yes! Knowledge and wisdow are meant to be shared. Hentai is no exception.

I'm working on this game sometimes when I have free time. But I have to say that my translation will take a really long time since there is a lot of dialogue in the game and I don't have much spare time this year. Better to not count on me so soon. =]

Too bad about all the silly drama, but its already in a state where you can play the game and know what you are doing... which is already more than a lot of the other games people muddle through in full jap.

It's just that when stuff gets released here it quickly gets snatched up by every free site known to man and the hard work of the translator gets lost and they get no credit for the work they have done. Usually everyone here thanks the translator, it is just a matter of the other 99% of the internet composed of assholes.

Can't you guys hardcode "Translation done by: xxx" into title screen of the game? Wouldn't that solve it?

There is credit from your peers on the one hand and legal liability if author perceives you trying to steal his work on the other hand. Hardcoding such a message may be crossing that line.

Honestly that doesnt make sense to me. They dont want for people to post their work without giving credits to them and at the same time they don't want to make sure that they will be credited 100% of times ?

There's a fine line between translating something and replacing the original words with the translation, and altering the game by adding something new.

The aforementioned could be interpreted differently than the latter, especially as the latter might be seen as free advertising using someone else's work.

I believe he's right, if a translator actually hard codes him/herself into the credits they are breaking some kind of law.

We also do everything possible to avoid breaking any kind of copyrights. We don't even share the games with translations. The only thing that gets posted in the edited files. You have to own the game before you can play it still.

It mostly boils down to legal safety.

You are already breaking the law by distributing the translation itself. Although you may own the translation itself, you do not own the rights to the script upon which it's based so even disseminating the edited script on its own already counts as copyright infringement. The law is quite clear on this.

I suggest you look up the specifics yourself.

When I want to play the game, after starting "game.exe" i always get the message "RGSS2 Player stopped working".

My Unicode is already set to Japanese (before unpacking).

I have already tried to reinstall VX RTP without success.

Ok, works now. Solved it like "gdp002" on page 39.

Actually..I managed to get a hold of the haven's translation of vitamin quest. It somewhere in this thread but I imagine the download link is dead by now.
I'm holding onto it just incase ramza decided to abandon his translation. if he finishes it I will delete my copy, if he doesn't I will release it for anyone who wants it.

Hope this doesn't count as double-posting...
My game is pre-patched with the unfinished patch and I remember somehow having it on my PC since mid 2013, Question is I want to play it while waiting for the finished patch but I don't know what version my game is at (I want to import my save to the finished version one), any idea guys ?

Does anyone know/remember how to get the special cg in 1.04? All I remember is that you have to not accept the proposal of the dude in the prison.
