I say it is legitimate. It is full of the right kind of meat. Not bologna. There are new enemies, animations, and even a "downed" position where some enemies can use an alternate animation on. Also more shrieks, moans, and japanese words.

As far as I found (also a tease to people to become more interested)

1 huge pig-man

A pair of gagged man
A trap
Insect
Panty remover
And some non-H grunt?

I love this game, and I looove the update. The Pig Men are exactly according to my preferences... I wish there were more animations for each enemy, like one when you initially get grabbed, and then another one when they grab you after finishing you off. I would also like to see some more synergy between enemies. Right now, there's only one enemy I believe that duos you if they are near each other. With as many zombies, scientists, red dudes, otakus and pretty boys that are always near each other one would expect them to gang up on you. Adding scenes to the mummies would be cool as well.
But according to CrazyPerson's summary of the update on their blog, they are planning on adding more animations to current enemies, so one could always hope.

Maybe it's just me, but I was really hoping for the pig men to spitroast you, having you hang in the air, only their penises holding you up. That would've been awesome.

The scientists do gang up on you, but only to subdue you. After that, they take turns. The mummies just snuggle you, there's not even anything going on there, and the duo I mentioned are the prisoners. My bad for not specifying.

Either way, I just like when they gang up on you. Fetishes and stuff you know.

Having checked the update, the new content was nice. I especially loved the new "downed" animations. As it was said earlier in this thread, too bad no new animations got added to the old enemies, but hey, we'll take what we can get, eh?

I wonder if the creator named the heroine? She's totally one of my favorite H-game characters in a long while. No-nonsense (can handle anything from a combat knife to a sniper rifle, not to mention a bloody lightsaber), but still sexy with that short skirt and shy blush. Good stuff.

What "downed" animations? Did they not mean if they grab you when you're down/have been used? Because I didn't see anything of the sort :S
